Actually, black and Latino doctors tend to treat their own. If you were to encounter one of those in your supposedly majority white hospital, they are probably amazing doctors at the top of their class in every way.

My final assignment before I retired from the Air Force was as commander of an engineering unit.A full third of the men in the unit were blacks. (There were no women engineers in the unit) All had graduated from reputable engineering schools. They were competent in their work. Obviously somehow the unit had gotten the right tail of the IQ distribution for Black engineers. They do exist.

It was the best assignment I had in my whole career, and I was proud of all my subordinates.

Yeah, the new Mexican commie schools chancellor here in NYC has just taken a step to “equalize” the enrollment at the few schools which are still functional. It is not surprising that these schools have Asians and whites making up the vast majority of the student population. This anal orifice Carranza (who I would not be at all surprised to learn is a member of La Raza) has now decreed that a large percentage of the seats at these successful schools must now be reserved for low performing black and Hispanic students-—who will promptly trash those schools and cause them, in short order, to fail. Where will the studious Asian and white students who would have filled those seats at those schools go? To a failing ghetto school, where they will be beat up and otherwise harassed? If their parents can swing it, they will go to a private school and thus be out from under the stupidity of the NYC education bozos.

As to the issue of why blacks and Latinos are underrepresented in the top 25%, my guess is that the school has lower admissions standards for blacks and Latinos than for everyone else.
