We come off a Labor Day weekend when ex-Presidents and Media have colluded with Senator McCains last wishes to use a solemn funeral to unleash a dishonorable political attack on President Trump.
Further, they heaped great disrespect on our Vice President and members of Trumps family who attended the funeral.
Perhaps its now time to expose the failures of the ex-Presidents who have opening rebuked We-the-Peoples POTUS on a day that is supposed to honor a dead Senator.
So they want a funeral, huh? How about a funeral pyre to burn all the unkept promises of thse past presidents. Truth be told, each of them -- Carter, Obama, Bush, and Clinton have left America in worse shape. They spoke much about the inner city and helping the poor, but their actions in office ended up further destroying these communities.
Carter brought the economy to its knees. The mass incarceration of Blacks is the legacy of Clinton. Bush brought us a long war and opened the borders wide for globalist killing of American jobs. Obama did nothing to improve the prosperity of the Black community and instead inflamed the country's racial divide.
Most of all, its now time to bury, once and for all, the false accusation that Trump is a racist. So I offer this satire on Shakespeares Julius Caesar where Marc Anthony gives a speech to bury Caesar, not to praise him.
I dropped a picture of Kanye West in the graphic to represent the many voices in the Black community (Candace Owns, Larry Elder, Ben Carson, etc.) who are inspiring Blacks to escape the mental prison of voting blindly for Democrats and failing to arrive at an individual opinion on who to vote for. The text below is entirely my own adaptation of Shakespeares famous dramatic lines.
Marlon Brando is superb in the 1954 movie version of Julius Caesar. |
Friends, Americans, countrymen, lend me your ears;
I come to apologize for Trump, not to praise him.
Trumps sins are many, and they are magnified by his enemies,
Any good Trump has done is forgotten by AP and Reuters.
The noble Maxine Waters and John Lewis
Hath told you Trump is a racist.
If its so, it is a grievous fault,
And grievously hath he paid for it with hatred and arrows in his back.
But as we all know, Waters and Lewis are honorable Congressmen.
Likewise, fiction writers Lemon, Cillizza, and Cuomo are honorable men.
So how is it I came here to apologize for Trump?
Well, he is my faithful friend and dragon-energy brother.
Trump hath brought tax relief and great prosperity to America,
His trade deal with Mexico will multiply jobs and fill our countrys coffers.
He has created the lowest unemployment rate in history
For Blacks, Hispanics, and is saving the jobs of Rust Belt workers.
Did this in Trump seem racist?
For decades Trump mentored and enriched Omarosa,
But now she calls him a racist, and Omarosa is an honorable woman.
When Black pastors cried out to save the inner city poor,
Trump took action by creating jobs, fighting MS-13, and stopping illegals at the border.
Racism should be made of sterner stuff:
Yet Mr. Khan at the Democrat Convention proclaimed he is a racist,
And Mr. Khan is an honorable man.
LeBron James called Trump a racist for disrespecting NFL players
Who fail to honor the American flag that veterans died to protect.
Granted, James and all athletes are honorable men.
But other athletes: Tiger Woods, Dennis Rodman, George Foreman,
And Jim Brown, the greatest NFL running back in history, praise Trumps results.
I speak not to disprove what LeBron James spoke,
I am only here to speak what I know:
The Black community once loved Trump as the Apprentice star;
Rappers wrote songs of praise for him,
And Jesse Jackson once awarded Trump for helping the Black community.
What reason causes you to not praise him today?
Have honorable men lost their reason? Bear with me;
My heart aches for a President who is hated even as he has achieved greatly.
He constantly aspires to win the support of Blacks and all Americans.
Good friends, sweet patriots, and Deplorables, let me not stir you up
To such a sudden flood of anger.
Those that have made these false accusations are honorable:
What private griefs with Trump they have, alas, I know not,
These are wise and honorable men and will, no doubt, give their reasons.
I come not, friends, to steal away your hearts:
I am no orator, like Obama, Pelosi, or Schumer.
As you know me, I am merely a plain, blunt man who loves his friend.
In their kindness, the on-line police have allowed me to rap about my feelings.
But I have neither wit, nor words, nor worth,
Action, nor utterance, nor the power of speech,
To stir men's blood: I only speak directly from the love in my heart;
I tell you what you yourselves already know:
Trump has been wounded by endless false accusations and arrows.
And if we dont stand up for him, these honorable men
Aim to mortally destroy his Presidency.
Friends, we must ruffle our spirits up and put a voice
To every unjust wound Trump has received.
Its time for every silent stone in America to speak through the ballot!
“...Republicans who have the lean and hungry look for power...”
Oh, there will be a bunch of them. All trying to ride the anti-Trump RINO wave......
I am reminded of the Mark Twain spoof which is hard to find on line.
This is the only one I have found so far. Skim down a little bit.
Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears;
I will return them next Saturday.
I come to bury Caesar because the times are hard
And his folks can’t afford to hire an undertaker.
The evil that men do lives after them
In the shape of their progeny
Who reap the benefit of their life insurance.
Not sure if these Republicans are going to score points or get votes for opposing Trump’s successful track record.
It is a big gamble to jump in bed with people who have stabbed them in the back in the past.
Hacking Marc Anthony’s speech to show Trump is not a racist.
Thanks, Ruy. Not aware of this tome at all, but scanning through it, it sounds like a splendid book to read with lots of amusement (from 1899).
So this is what people did in their spare time before motion pictures and TV. Pretty neat.
Very nice proconopundit.
Thanks for the link to this.
The original image of Brando was a bloody mess to fix. Here's the Excel worksheet.
BE careful! Mark Twain (the real one) used words that will brand you as a you know what!
My mistake. Here is the Excel (400 KB) link:
http://freeper.org/fr/Maga/brando_kanye_maga.xlsx
And also there's the provocative What is Man? that Twain was afraid to publish while alive. On a cold winter's night, that one would stir up some hot debate on FR.
Romney is a different kind of GOPe hero altogether, but one who wants to fill McShame’s globalist, amnesty shoes.
A loyal tool of the global elite.
Nice job...
Oh yeah, that did look like work.
Turned out nice.
Thanks for the before and after.
Turns out that marble is a material that is not so hard to paint and copy/paste over because the surface is irregular.
What I did was copy from a place on the marble that had a similar vein coloration to the area I wanted to hide.
You could try to import another marble image, but it may not look right.
