They covered up Buzz’s taking of Communion for 40 years. I think if it wasn’t for technology, namely the Internet, the public at large would never had known.

I also didn’t know that till I read it here.

Wow, I did not know that.
When my mom was in the hospital dying from cancer, we arranged for the Reverend at our church to come and give her communion. She appreciated it. He also took the time to pray with her.
Communion is an important ritual (a sacrament?) that means so much to Christians.

I didn’t know Buzz Aldrin took Communion after landing on the moon! Was there a camera screen with a priest?
Were I ever able to safely travel in space, that would be the biggest prayer of Thanksgiving I ever made.
That’s fantastic. He’s a Good Catholic.

Re-writing history by omission.

Famed Airman Chuck Yeager took issue with the film saying: ‘That’s not the Neil Armstrong I knew’. The film portrays Neil Armstrong as a liberal progressive anti-Trump (in spirit) non-flag waiver.
In the book written by astronaut’s wives.......
Neil Armstrong was set apart as the only one who remained true to his wife.....and sent her loving messages.
The other astronaut’s fell prey to the vicissitudes of fame....including bedding down the many willing women who showed up.
All except Armstrong.

Yes, the same way they ignored Johnny Cash’s religious work in “Walk the Line.”

No, he's a Presbyterian. He took their version of Communion.

I didn’t know the Presbyterians had a Communion sacrament.
Maybe they also do Confirmation in the 6th Grade.
He would have to chose a Patron Saint.
My Patron Saint at Confirmation was St. Frederick.

No, he's a Presbyterian. He took their version of Communion. The point is that both Armstrong and Aldrin were religious, humble, patriotic men. Sounds like the movie is painting them to be graduates of sort from the Delta Tau Chi fraternity of Faber College.

The left attempts to re-write history again and fails big time.
Leftism truly is a serious cancer problem in any society that needs to be cut out by the roots and disposed of as Hazmat material.
