i read Chester Arthur was not. One or both parenents had not naturalized before his birth.
BOTH PARENTS have to be American citizens——NOT just one.
The kid can be an American citizen-—but NOT eligible to be President.
I don’t even think he was Stanley Ann’s biological son ~ she had no maternal instincts... She was enrolled in college in Washington St when he was an infant

Arthur’s mother was American. His father was born in Ireland and did not become a US citizen until long after Arthur’s birth. The controversy at the time was not over his father’s status, but was based on a story that he was actually born in Canada, not far over the border from Vermont, his claimed birthplace.
There is another part to your statement.
Stanley Ann took Barry to Indonesia. Indonesia DOES NOT recognize dual citizenship.
In order for Barry to attend school there, she had to renounce his American citizenship (if he really had one) & make Barry an Indonesian citizen. She did that. His school records there say he is an Indonesian citizen & that his religion is MUSLIM. They record that kind of info there.
When she shipped Barry back to Grandma at about age 10,(1971) NO RECORD has been found of Grandma re-applying for Barry to have American citizenship. I suspect that Grandma didn’t know Stanley Ann had renounced it.
Add to that the fact that Barry has been using the Soc Sec # of a man born in Connecticut in 1896 who got his SS# in 1936..and that doesn’t match up. Barry wasn’t in Connecticut at any time when he should have applied for a SS#.
I think Grandma knew Barry needed a SS# in his future, and she worked at a major bank. I think the real owner of that SS# died, but that he had a 2nd home or vacationed in Hawaii, and she had access to those records. I think she stole that number, thinking that by the time it was used, no one would pay attention.
A number of posters here on FR have stated that when they ask E-Verify about Barry’s name & the number he is using, it comes up a NON-Match.
Other stories abound about how over 1.1 MILLION numbers are being used in the payroll systems by people that do not match those numbers. The IRS & Social Security Administration REFUSE to notify the correct owners of those numbers.
Then, there is the matter of Barry’s college records. He SEALED all those records. IF he got tuition at a 10% rate of normal tuition, that would show in those records. Foreign Aid students get such a tuition. But- your have to be FOREIGN to do so.
How many passports does he have?
I sincerely hope I live long enough for the complete unraveling of Obama’s perfidy. He has been a fraud from the very beginning. I truly detest him & all of his cohorts.
The Kapiloani Medical Center is the result of a merger of 2 other hospitals-—and that merger occurred well AFTER Barry was born in 1961.
The forgers of his ‘birth certificate’ didn’t know that when they used the MERGE name of the hospital for his ‘certificate’.

Kamala Harris has the problem looming. Both of her parents were in the USA as students. She was born here- so she is an ‘anchor baby’—which I don’t agree with-—.

But if Obama wasn’t eligible ( and he isn’t by many standards), then Ted isn’t either. While many of us understand the need to elect staunch conservatives, we must not forfeit principles of law either.
There are more substantial claims to native born status than either of these- It was obvious that McCain, born in Panama of two US parents on official duty to that nation is a natural born son, as are tens of thousands of other children of US diplomats and military/naval personnel serving overseas) even if he is utterly worthless as a politician.
If Ted indeed was born to Canadian citizen parents, then only a very liberal self serving view of the 14th would agree that he is a Natural Citizen of the US, as would be any child (anchor baby) of any form of legal or illegal alien in the US.
Quite certain that the Founders did not intend for that outcome in any manner.
Of course, the argument will continue and be divisive.
Some history/international practice tells us that citizenship follows the father blood ( the Harry/Meghan discussion etc- if Meghan dropped a child in the US, she foreswore her US citizenship to marry Harry, then would the prince be a US citizen? Would he be eligible by virtue of birth on US Soil to be president? Is he under the jurisdiction of the US ( not meaning subject to the laws of the nation or state, but entitled and obligated to duty to the nation? (It is accepted that a foreign person cannot be forced to fight for other than his country- but they may volunteer- as enlisted only, not commissioned)). So even if Obama was born on some portion of US soil, he would be a British subject ( since Kenya was a Brit colony/protectorate at that time).
