A poster for a recent Pearl Jam concert has sparked outrage for depicting the corpse of President Donald Trump.
The band staged a concert to get fans to vote for Democratic Sen. Jon Tester on Monday. To promote the show, bassist Jeff Ament and artist Bobby Draws Skullz drew up some artwork that included graphic imagery of the White House on fire and the Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial cracked and breaking.
The artwork also included an image of the corpse of Trump being picked at by a bald eagle while it reaches for a briefcase that appears to have the communist hammer and sickle emblem on it.
In the photo, Sen. Tester is flying above the fray on a tractor while his opponent, Montana Senate Republican candidate Matt Rosendale, is depicted with a lobster claw and holding a sign that reads Maryland.(continued)

Why should anyone care what a band that is named after a mans ejaculate care? Think about Pearl Jam.
Couldn’t agree more. Especially STP.

Grohl is another who trashes POTUS. Its too bad as he is very talented.
who cares what Toe Jam has to say about anything.
As propaganda it is not very good art.
If someone did not explain what I was seeing, I would not have seen it. So am I offended? No.
I am pleased that once again someone clearly chosen sides and now we all know which side this band is on. Will the band sway some minds to become anti-Trumpers, perhaps, but then these people listen to Pearl Jam so just how clear is their thought process now?
Free speech means nothing if it does not protect words (or in this case images) we may disagree with.
This is a good one featuring Buffy...

“In fact i frigging HATE 95% of Grunge music along with the craphole city that it emerged from.”
I’m right there with you. The only band I liked from that era was Soundgarden despite Chris Cornell being a bonafide asshat liberal.
I *never* got Pearl Jam’s appeal. The music was fairly bland and Vedder’s singing wasn’t anything to write home about. I guess they just knew someone who knew someone and made it big for no real good reason. They’ll forever make my ears bleed just like scum bucket Bruce Springsteen.
What does Courtney Love Cobain think?
I believe the song is about Scott’s wife who he still loved but the marriage fell apart due to his drug use.
RIP
Yeah, its too bad about that. He is a Dem, but there is always hope that he will grow out of it.

“Foo Fighters is good music.”
Their radio hits were good, but I couldn’t get into the rest of their stuff. I found most of that entire genre terrible though ... I’m the wrong person to ask about that stuff :-) ... grunge seemed to take out hard rock and metal just as they seemed to be getting bigger here in the States (I’m talking in the mainstream). Everything seemed to implode right around 2000.
What was left was horrible pop, terrible country, and hip-hop (which really isn’t music if you ask me ... I guess that makes me racist, but I fail to see music in hip-hop. It’s more of a style of “spoken word with low frequency tones here and there” recording anymore ... I actually dug a lot of 80s hip-hop, but a lot of that was, you know, actual music.)
Twenty Five years later, they're just trying to stay relevant.
Agreed.
Looks like a Piraro(Bizarro) cartoon.
They blew everyone off the stage. Which isn't easy to do with Fishbone. The Peppers? I was less than impressed with.
I remember Soundgarden too but to be honest i ignored almost all of that music the moment Guns N’ Roses then the Seattle crap like Nirvana came out.
That style of music ruined radio as we all knew it....now it’s all hip hop and “oldies”.
We should all send them, and the mediots, thank you notes after he is re-elected.
