Self-loathing white people are some of the most disturbing people to have ever drawn breath. Drama queens might be the best way to describe them, for they obsess endlessly about things they haven’t done, they elevate petty problems to the world stage and bury major ones behind a veneer of political correctness. A white kid wearing dreadlocks is the end of the world. But recognizing that ISIS lobs gay people off of buildings for amusement is probably racism (even though, paradoxically, Islam is not a race). Sanctimony is their religion, Social Justice their crusade, and endless self-hatred their spiritual diet.

I traveled to Standing Rock in November of 2016 with my friend, hauling over 5000 dollars worth of winter tents, clothing, food, and gear. My full time job allowed me to stay barely a week, and my ego, mixed with a hefty dose of white savior mentality, convinced me that my training as an EMT, and my lifetime of experience with direct action and social justice, would make me useful. Any honest appraisal of North America in 1550 compared to 1950 shows a massive decrease in the level of violence, for one thing, and this while the population was exploding.

How about western civilization on their resume.
The crops developed by AI's are primary food sources for the majority of the population today.
1. Written languages ... This alone distinguishes modern humans from aboriginal people.
2. A disposition to acquire knowledge ... Europeans weren't shy about adopting knowledge and life practices from external sources.
3. Geographic Reality #1 (harsh climates) ... Any human civilization that must work hard to grow crops and avoid freezing to death is destined to be more advanced than one that lives in a warm climate and can pick its food off trees.
4. Geographic Reality #2 (long coastlines) ... Africa is almost three times larger than Europe, but Europe's coastline is 25% longer. This is what helped facilitate foreign trade and exploration in Europe in ways that you hardly ever saw in Africa.
5. Geographic Reality #3 (combine Geographic Realities #1 and #2) ... The combination of a long coastline in harsh climates made Europeans far superior as navigators and explorers than anyone else on the planet. Even within Europe, England's position as an island nation with direct access to the North Atlantic and the North Sea made it superior to the other colonial powers simply on the basis of its nautical skills.
6. Judeo-Christian culture ... A typical aboriginal mindset is very cyclical in nature, living their lives in relation to the changing of the seasons and the rising and setting of the sun. This mindset ensured that nothing changed from one generation to the next. Judeo-Christian culture, on the other hand, was unique in that it established a linear understanding of human history, with a beginning and an end. This was fundamentally important to adopting a mindset where tomorrow could be different (better) than today, and next year different than this year. This simple cultural change was necessary to compel a European who planted 5 acres of corn one year to think about planting 6 or 7 the next year, and was also the foundation of expanding human horizons as global explorers.
7. Christian culture ... One fundamental difference between Judaism and Christianity is that the former is rooted in the idea of a "Chosen People" of the Old Testament, while the latter is based on a view of universal salvation. This is absolutely critical for the establishment of civil laws that are enforced regardless of race, creed or culture.
8. Arabic mathematics ... This is a perfect example of Item #2 above. Europe was no more advanced than the people of the Middle East and North Africa when it was limited by the Roman numbering system. The invasion of Europe by the Moors brought the kind of advanced mathematics that is necessary for the development of almost anything that has been invented in the last 500 years.

FINALLY, someone, there may be others, who understands what the Frankfurt school contributed to the present day political and social culture of the United States. I wish DJT would start working this into his rally appearances.
It depends on one’s definition of “culture”...the left see “culture” as a group of rituals, and, as usual, if you don’t do it, or accept it, THEIR way, then you have “no culture”.
Some *lack* of “culture” could really be defined as FREEDOM. We don’t strive so much as being like everyone else, and we value individualism. We don’t see that stressing dance training as soon as a kid learns to walk, as all that valuable. We don’t have to walk with a rhythmic gate to be accepted by one another.
Developing our own version of pigeon English is not productive and impedes the ability of clear and precise communication.
Being “outraged” at the world because you’re *not* white doesn’t enter in to the argument. You can call us “cracker”, or “white bread”, or anything you like, and it doesn’t phase us as we walk away laughing.
Racial attacks by people of color, against whites for just the being-born accident of being white, make you unapproachable and impossible to deal with, but if we don’t bother to deal with it, well, then we’re “racist” for that, too.
Culture...maybe being not so obsessed with it, makes life a little freer and easier.

I’ve read countless works over the decades (I am 67, BTW) about North American Indians, focusing on the 18th and 19th centuries. The “noble savage” is a myth. They were filthy beyond measure (they moved their camps regularly because they ruined and fouled the campsites they just left). Their personal belongs were covered with vermin. They NEVER washed or cleaned any cooking or eating utensils. Their dearest entertainments usually centered on torturing captives for sport, and in ways that even the nightmares of a fevered dream could not create. They were consummate thieves and cheats. They raised bigotry to new heights as they looked upon anyone not from their tribe as something less than human. The men treated ALL women as chattel.
These are the folks that liberals fawn over, and elevate to some pantheistic ideal.
