Hero Rufio Panman, Who Knocked Out Portland Antifa Thug, Will NOT Face Charges.
The antifa member who was decked reportedly suffered brain damage (and may be in a coma), according to social media. Since he was attacking people with a metal pipe, shouldnt he be under arrest?
“He was gone before hitting the ground.”
Absolutely. His lights were out in a milisecond after he was hit. Then he went stiff as aboard, indicating some kind of a massive traumatic brain injury. Not likely ever to be the same again. Sort of like the broken neck that turned Charles Krauthammer into a paraplegic. Too bad no more info. has been published about the attacker.

He shouldn’t have been hitting people with a metal pipe.
I wonder if his employer, Soros, is on the hook for his medical costs. To me, this would qualify as a workplace injury.
A buddy of mine punched a bully at school years ago. Broke the guy’s jaw in three places. “Yeah - I was wearing cowboy boots and didn’t have the best traction. Otherwise I would have killed him.”
Good reminder that yes - a fist (or a metal pipe) can be deadly. And should be defended against as such.
The video shows his friends dragging his horizontally-aligned corpus away.
(How many other masked people got knocked out cold in the immediate vicinity?)
Do you have a link to the Portland DA wanting to charge Rufio story?
@ThomasWictor said the same thing. He called Rufio WhiteSleeves.
I just found this thread, while searching for info on Rufio, FYI.
Thats total BS
HES NOT IN A COMA
Too bad. Maybe he should try again?
