Does ANYONE know of a wake up service along the Lin es of 976-WAKE?
I have a hugely important meeting in the morning but my clock is broken.
HELP!!!!

Seriously, I heard that American Indians back in the day would drink lots of water before bedtime when they had to get up early to go hunting/fishing. Their full bladder served as a natural alarm clock.

Drink a gallon of water about an hour before you go to bed. I understand that’s how the Indians used to do it.

It does work.. i did it for years when i was younger...1 quart at bedtime meant id sleep 7 hours, 2 qts 5, etc
If i did that now the result might now be the one desired
