Navarro: ‘Special place in hell’ for Trudeau

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro lit into Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Sunday, saying there's a "special place in hell" for a world leader that double crosses President Donald Trump.

"There's a special place in hell for any foreign leader that engages in bad-faith diplomacy with President Donald J. Trump and then tries to stab him in the back on the way out the door," Navarro told Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday." "And that's what bad faith Justin Trudeau did with that stunt press conference."

When asked if the president shares his views, Navarro said that the sentiment came from “Air Force One.“ At the time of the interview, the president had just landed in Singapore for his upcoming summit meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

"To my friends in Canada, that was one of the worst political miscalculations of the Canadian leader in modern Canadian history," Navarro added. "All Justin Trudeau had to do was take the win."

The president slammed Trudeau via Twitter on Saturday, calling out his counterpart for acting "meek and mild." Trump and the White House are upset that Trudeau told reporters that Canada would stand firm when it came to new U.S. tariffs and “not be pushed around."

“...special place in hell...”

That might be more comfortable than on the receiving end of DJT’s tweets!

These socialists have been living on the teat of the U.S. taxpayer and consumer for far too long -— and now that they have to carry their own water, they squeal like the piggies they are.

I can understand Trudeau’s dilemma. Canada has milked the USA tit for so long, Canada is unhinged at the thought of of weaned away.

Example: Canada CURRENTLY has Tariffs in place as high as 270% on some American products. For those living in Rio Linda, that means half a dozen eggs costing $1 in US, if exported to Canada, Canadians will have to pay $3.70 to buy the same 6 eggs.

Whereas cars made in Canada flow across the border with very little tax.

Trump is the first president ever to understand the stupidity of American foreign trade deals. Obama did not understand it, the Bushes did nothing about it, Clinton did nothing about it, and Reagan actually got China exporting us more without a balance. Before Reagan era, trade deficits were not a huge problem, on the contrary we had trade surpluses!

I’m glad Trump mentioned the milk tariffs.

Canada taxes our milk products and subsidizes their dairy farmers while using a quota system. What they fail to mention is that Canada’s excess milk is dumped in the USA.

Trump said in his tweet that Trudeau lied at his press conference.

Yup. A guy that resorts to fake eyebrows to try to look butch is likely deciding diddly.

Trudeau is a new age faggot whose only lessons in morality and humanity were learned from watching his political, leftist, twisted parents

Without the US the Eurozone will collapse and they all know it.

And so will Canada, just a whole hell of a lot faster.

Everyone worries about the steel import tariff's killing our economy, yet those same people aren't reading what I'm reading: Steel factories in N.W. Indiana and Pennsylvania are firing back up within a few short months and the steel companies are hiring.

We may have some short term pain to endure, the long term gains for our economy IMO are going to be worth it. I think everyone's gonna get bit somehow by any trade war that happens, just hang on, make do and remember: this is for our country.

My generation hasn't had to sacrifice spit, and it's about damn' time we did.

Canada would stand firm when it came to new U.S. tariffs and “not be pushed around.

He must think he is David. Well he will find out that he may be a David, but not the David that slew Goliath.

Bring it on girly-boy. 8>)

It makes me very happy to see American workers getting hired again. That's why I voted for President Trump: JOB CREATION.

Maybe I'm still too idealistic at my advanced age, however I think when people are working, making money and taking care of their families we aren't fighting with each other.

That right there is why I voted TRUMP and I will again in 2020. My mind's already made up. He fights for AMERICA and it's high damn' time we had a President that does.

Several folks I know in Canada (who voted for Trudeau...) are really embarrassed by him. He’s a one term PM.

It is not just Canada taking advantage of our trade deals made by career & corrupt politicians. It is all the others in the top GDP scale as well.

And it is not just tariffs. There are all kinds of bureaucratic impediments simply to get a license to export a product made in USA. Just try exporting an automobile to Japan, or motorcycle to India or machine tool to China.
