Ole Rudy’s got to be hitting the bottle. Either that or his meds are off.

Bolton and Giuliani are good guys. But speaking for myself as someone who has worked with and done deals with Asian people (not talking about asian-american), public humiliation or shaming can destroy relationships forever. There is no "forgive and forget".
Oh, on the face of it sometimes you think there is "forgive" but never, never is there "forget". Thankfully I have not been on the receiving end of it. But some of my competitors have been.

Man, this thread is Rife with weak-kneed negotiators. What Rudy said sounds like something that President Trump would say.
For all we know Trump sent Rudy out to say this.

When did it become a requirement for these idiots to make a daily stupid public statement?

The Noble committee will give the Koreans a prize each and say that trump was background only. The dems in the US, who celebrated Obama’s prize, will agree to that.

Is Rudy trying to sabotage the US/NK summit?
Has the dumbkoff never heard of ‘losing face’, and what a huge deal that is in Oriental cultures?
Geez!

Giuliani shouldn't even be talking about this issue. One of the problems with guys like Giuliani is they think they are speaking like Trump when they say whatever is on their minds at the moment. They don't realize they don't have the talent or experience that makes Trump so effective. Trump knows when to go on the attack and when to use his charm to get the best results.
I do think it's possible that Trump is dictating these types of statements, but if he's not he needs to shut Giuliani up. I've wondered if Trump chose John Bolton to be his national security adviser because he's known too many as an aggressive warmonger. When our enemies believe there's a good chance they will be attacked it makes it easier to negotiate a peaceful resolution if that's what you really want.

Rudy sounds more like Omarosa or Scaramucci every single day. Why the president keeps him on, I have no idea. There is a common thread here with the selection of those guys, Giuliani and Sessions, etc. -- Trump picked them. In the case of Sessions Trump refuses to correct his mistake and fire him. Of course Trump has made some good picks as well.
Giuliani has to go. He has no business being one of Trump's lawyers. He has no control over his mouth.
