The Ultimate John Kennedy Assassination Theory [Updated]
Janitor's view ^ | May 29, 2018 | Reasonmclucus

Posted on 05/29/2018 8:33:59 AM PDT by kathsua

For decades the debate over who killed President John F. Kennedy has involved one group who claims Lee Harvey Oswald did it and another blaming the CIA. They continue to ignore the possibility both claims are correct. The CIA is a spy organization. Some of its agents masquerade as supporters of the enemy so they can get inside enemy organizations.

[A few hours after posting on this subject I thought of a major reason why many of us believe Oswald might have been working for someone else instead of acting on his own. I'll add it as a post script.]

Oswald could easily have been such a covert agent. If so he would have been a logical choice to kill Kennedy. The CIA might have hoped Oswald's apparent support for Cuban President Fidel Castro would cause public opinion to demand retaliation against Castro. Oswald might have planned "to give into" expected intensive interrogation and say the Cuban government had told him to shoot Kennedy.

I don't have any information that Oswald was or wasn't associated with the CIA. Of course the CIA would never admit if he was with the CIA. His previous flirtations with Russia and Cuba might have been efforts to gain information for the CIA. The communists lack of interest in him could have indicated they were suspicious of his motives.

I have always been troubled by the fact that someone with Oswald's background was allowed to be where he was on that fateful day. The previous school year I had done a research paper on the Secret Service. My research indicated that the Secret Service would normally have prevented someone like Oswald from being in a building along the motorcade route.

One fact that wasn't known to the public at the time was that one of the last actions taken by the CIA's predecessor, the OSS, was the killing of General George Patton.

I have no interest in pursuing this theory further I'll leave that decision up to those who are more familiar with the incident than I am.

P.S. We get our beliefs about subjects such as killers from related historical events and from fiction events in television shows and movies. The assassination of John Kennedy didn't fit the pattern of other presidential assassinations and assassination attempts. Presidents Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield and William McKinley were all killed at short range. President Ronald Reagan was shot at short range. Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme tried to shoot President Gerald Ford at close range. The Puerto Ricans who attempted to shoot their way into President Harry Truman's residence wanted to get close enough to kill him.

The assassination of Kennedy fits the pattern of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King who was shot by paid killer James Earl Ray from concealment at a distance with a rifle. Oswald shot Kennedy from concealment at a distance with a rifle. On television and in movies professional killers. generally fire at their intended victims from concealment at a distance with a rifle

Typical presidential assassins seem to want people to know what they have done. John Wilkes Booth killed Abraham Lincoln in front of people attending a play. Professional killers usually want to get away with their crimes so they try to avoid being identified

The key to the Kennedy assassination is not Oswald. It is Jack Ruby.

Lee Harvey Oswald was supposedly the lone gunman involved in the JFK assassination and he was subsequently taken out by Jack Ruby, another gunman acting alone? Never believed this.

And Jack Ruby was just personally really, REALLY angry that JFK was killed.

Forget about a million conspiracy thoeries.

All you have to do is look at the amount of witnesses or persons close to the case that all died between the years 1963-1967 and then again in 1978-80.

Too many dead people close to the case INCLUDING Jimmy Hoffa...

It was Jackie.

She hired Oswald because JFK killed their child by giving her an STD.

It was covered up by the Kennedy clan to preserve the mystic and pave the way for Robert to become president followed by Ted. A Kennedy dictatorship was the goal and a drug addicted whore monger that was killed by his wife would upset that goal.

The rest of the government went along with it as having to put the First Lady on trial for a murder that would probably be ruled justifiable homicide by a Texas jury of was just too embarrassing.

Yes...plus there is a lot of conflicting information about Oswald that usually does not happen by chance. One conflict is the story that he was a tee-totaler. I went to Minsk, and according to their legend, the police would roll him up most nights and sometimes put him in jail because he was so drunk they didn't want him to freeze to death as he was essentially a VIP! It's unlikely that both stories can be true, so to me, that is evidence of disinformation (and Yes, I would believe the White Russkies before I would believe the CIA any day of the week).

Regarding Patton, I had Xrays in the room where he died. It was a room in the cellar of Heidelberg hospital. Why would you put a General in a room in the cellar? That didn't register in my mind until long after I was there.

Read “Reclaiming History,” by Vincent Bugliosi.

Then you will stop worrying about conspiracies.

I once succumbed to conspiracy fever.

But Bugliosi helped me recover.

It was Oswald. He was a turd.

Always thought Oswald’s motive was revenge for the Bay of Pigs operation two years earlier. Of course it failed because the U.S. suddenly withdrew air support for the rebels.

Conspiracy theories aside, my only abiding interest in the JFK assassination is that it inaugurated the modern gun confiscation movement, which marched inexorably forward until the Reagan years dealt it a crippling blow. A component of this movement has always been the demonizing of gun owners & gun rights supporters.

“I am not aware of Oswald being homosexual.”

Had Jackie been killed, Lee Harvey would have assumed the name Patricia when he/she moved in to the White House to be JFK’s new wife.

And that’s why, when the reporter asked Oswald, “Are you Lee Harvey Oswald,” Lee said, “No, I’m Patsy!”

In my novel of the assassination (which exists only in my head), shadowy figures from MI6 and the CIA bring to Helms and Hoover evidence that JFK is influenced by Russians, in the form of an East German spy who he is schtupping.

They discuss bringing the matter to Congress, but then the Cuban Missile Crisis happens. The US cannot appear weak before the world at such a time, with commies on the march from Western Europe to VeetNAM, so the "working group" decides on an alternate plan, a sort of "insurance policy"...

I think it was the mob. Kennedy hired his brother Bobby to be the Attorney General, and Bobby used the power of the FBI to target the mob, but only certain mob families. He left alone the mob family that made Joe Kennedy rich and that had also helped JFK win the crucial state of Illinois (corrupt voting put him over the top in that state and winning that state put him over the top w/ electoral votes).

The other mob families were taking it on the chin because they had to fight against the US government AND the other families, while Kennedy’s mob family enjoyed the protection of the US government.

The mob families had lost a fortune when Castro took over Cuba (investment + future earnings by having a gambling paradise off the coast of Florida), and if there was a successful overthrow of Cuba, their investment wasn’t coming back to them.

JFK and Bobby ... casualties of the mob.

Oswald might have planned "to give into" expected intensive interrogation and say the Cuban government had told him to shoot Kennedy.

Or he might not or portions thereof or nothing related at all.

That's not a theory, that is pure speculation.
