It’s not a treaty. That’s why they keep calling it a “deal” or an “agreement”.

If it’s not a treaty, then there is nothing formalized, and nothing to violate. It was basically a promise that Obama made, and Obama ain’t around anymore. Iran can go whine to him about it.

This was a “personal” deal made by Barrack Obama with the Iranians. It ceased to exist when Obama was removed from office. If it was to be “permanent” it would have been ratified by the Senate IAW the U.S. Constitution.
