The day after the Department of Justice fired Andrew McCabe for making illegal leaks and lying about them, Robert Mueller leaked once again details about his investigation to the press. This time the self-serving scoop went to the Associated Press.
"Andrew McCabe, the onetime FBI deputy director long scorned by President Donald Trump and just fired by the attorney general, kept personal memos detailing interactions with the president that have been provided to the special counsels office and are similar to the notes compiled by dismissed FBI chief James Comey," the Associated Press reported.
Comey wrote memos to himself as well.
I guess it is a lawyerly thing to do, but it is still his word against Trump. In court, the memos would be a prosecutorial nightmare. For example, a defense lawyer could ask for Leaking McCabe's memos on Obama.
Nevertheless, Erik Turner of the Associated Press thinks this is the smoking gun.

Did he respond to himself?
This is my Cheshire Cat look.
that person seems to be everywhere these days...
Memos are even scarier than dossiers!
Yeah, they probably all start with “Once upon a time” and end with “They lived happily ever after”.
Democrats don’t care about the legality of these alleged memos, they are just providing the media with something that sounds ominous. I mean seriously, memos written after the fact really have no legal relevance.
sounds like they taught this trick to Susan Rice.....just write a memo to your yourself.....it cures all ills.....
The day after the Department of Justice fired Andrew McCabe for making illegal leaks and lying about them, Robert Mueller leaked once again details about his investigation to the press.
Can Mr. Surber post whatever evidence he has to support his statement that Robert Mueller leaked anything related to these "McCabe memos" to the press?
More like the old Penthouse Forum stories: “You are not going to believe what happened to me......”
Along with the double negative that they must think somehow absolves them of perjury:
“Ain’t nobody tole me not to do nuttin’.”
Who will use them for what? Kindling for his fireplace?
These personal "memo" are worthless. Still their word against Trump's.
But this guy Erik Turner at the AP thinks these are smoking guns? How about this Erik guy is smoking something funny smelling instead?
Cue three guys laughing their ass off:
The media found their smoking gun ( for the thousandth time) - it’s the memo’s this time for sure that will sink Trump. The media is hilarious and evil at the same time with their constant bias and lies and mistruths.
What a vile looking bastard.
Aint nobody tole me not to do nuttin.
Stripped of negatives I believe that translates to, “Somebody told me to do something.
> “Did he respond to himself?”
Not only that, he had arguments with himself and lost them.
Judge Nap thinks these are better than sworn testimony of 6 witnesses, besides Trump was mean to McCabe.
Reminds me of the show “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose.” Somebody would read a message and end with “It’s signed - anonymous.”
Then someone else would ask “The poet?”
I could have the same, just let me write them up real quick. I could have very detailed notes, and I have never met with the President.
The thing is what does something written mean? Nothing to me, it is only what the person that wrote it wants to say...and even if no shenanigans about it, still that person's impression/interpretation of what was said and how it was said. If I had been there I may well have had a different take on it.
With this nonsense it shows how far the media and others will go to try anything to damage President Trump. Contrast with no one allowed to say anything about O without being accused of being racist.
I get it, they don't like Trump. Oh well, we just had 8 years that I didn't like and I sucked it up. No one cared what I thought, and that is how much I care what they think.
