You've seen the news reports. Sadly, so many on the right share them with glee.
Yes, there are many people leaving blue states because of the high taxes, failing schools, tolerance (if not enabling) of illegal aliens, high crime, etc. The problem is too many believe liberals are not only fleeing for the same reasons, but have finally seen the errors of their ways and are now going to participate in Republican politics and vote accordingly.
Big WRONG.

Which would be questionable also.
Legally, you can get into hot water from that. Local farmers back home used to try to keep people “from the city” from buying acreages. A few rather expensive lawsuits later that stopped.
Unless it is a private sale, you have to be VERY careful
No better than Cancer Cells breaking away from a Tumor to attack another part of the Body.
There is not Civil Rights protections for people from Blue States.
Thus, when a person from California offers to pay $50,000.00 in cash over the asking price of a house in Texas, the Texan homeowner can tell his to get lost and do so legally.
“Happening here in NC - these idiots leave their s***hole states and come here, then vote in the same type of people that destroyed their state.”
Who is selling their property to those people?
Yeah, CodeToad, I'm here in Centennial and recently saw that Denver residents voted for mandatory "green roof gardens" on all new commercial buildings. Well hell, that will only cost $25 per square foot to maintain. Can't WAIT to see the fallout from THAT brilliant idea.
Wish it were so, but, unfortunately, ain't happening.
Florida’s biggest problem is immigration. Very few English only people left here.
So what? By definition the ones selling are leaving - hence a lack of interest in what happens in their old neighborhood. And further do you think that someone selling their house is going to nix a valid sale because the person buy is from NJ or NY etc?
All part of their plan.
I moved from Red to Blue in 2014. One vote at a time, I guess...
“The people in your neighborhood have not been forced to sell their property to people from those liberal states.”

A ludicrous statement.
.
Lived in Alaska for many years, and watched it happen there. Creeping shariah. I moved to Denver in 2014, and I would never use public transportation, although there is a bus stop right outside my door. Been downtown 3 times. One Rockies game at Coors field. One trip to the aquarium. One shopping trip to REI.
It is in our area.
“Liberals fleeing Kali has destroyed Colorado. Nothing but communist here now.”
Long before colorado, they first destroyed washington and oregon. Then they set their sites on nevada and arizona. Then they started in on idaho and montana, but that takeover is slower as they have a hard time surving 11 months of winter and 1 of bad snow mobiling. Wyoming is mostly in tact because that might as well be another planet. Then, after all that they focused on colorado
Take northern Virginia for example. Many of the these big government libs used to live in Maryland, and over the years, voted for high taxes, tolerated crime and bad schools, and ignored corruption and malfeasance of their elected officials. So what do they do after fouling their own nest? They moved to VA and are doing the same thing again.
It has gotten so bad in Reno, that I think it is illegal to open a restaurant that does not serve kale to pretentious hipsters driving priuses with coexist bumper stickers. We have devolved from the sagebrush rebellion, to the pussy hat whinefest.

I have long argued that it is an excess of money that causes liberalism in the wealthier classes. Their children often don't grow up in a world with real problems that can't be solved by using Daddy's (which to them is someone else's) money.
Given that up to 40% of those living in California are conservatives, why would anyone assume conservatives aren’t the ones primarily leaving or are at least leaving in as great a number?
