Additional text messages sent and received by disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok have been handed over to Congress, reports the Associated Press. In yet another twist to the Strzok saga, the FBI failed to hand over a block of the agents text messages because they have gone missing.
According to law reporters Rachel Stockman and Ronn Blitzer, the missing texts could form the basis for motion to dismiss special counsel Robert Muellers Russia probe.
Law & Crime reports:
The fact that now nearly half a years worth of text messages between Strzok and Page during the time leading up to Robert Muellers appointment as Special Counsel werent preserved by the Justice Department will surely fuel motions from Team Trumps lawyers against the investigation.
Months of text messages dont just accidentally disappear. One past conversation between Strzok and Page indicated that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch knew there would be no charges filed against Clinton well before that investigation ended. Given the significant evidence of impropriety in the Clinton case, a foregone conclusion of innocence before the FBI wrapped up their investigation looks shady at best. Trumps lawyers will surely argue that after those messages came to light, the DOJ intentionally lost those five months worth of other messages.
As news of the missing text messages send shockwaves throughout Washington, D.C., Team Mueller may be quietly preparing for another scandal to hit the investigation; the release of the explosive FISA abuse memo.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) joined Fox News host Tucker Carlson Friday evening and assured the shocking memo will prove special counsel Robert Muellers Russia investigation is rotten to the core.

Lock RosenWeasel up.
DOJ source-—who so far was only right one out of three times, so take it for what it’s worth-—says the second special prosecutor is already a done deal, that he interviewed for the gig.
I keep hoping that the Chief Justice would shut it down, but maybe he is in on it.
As an investigative agency the FBI’s #1 job is to preserve evidence.
If they can’t do it, then there is no need for them to exist.
Would that reinstate sessions?
That one doesn’t say “wow”
Roberts? It’s obvious after his vote on Obama care that he has been compromised!

Good article here explains it!
Wow! They could also form the basis of a really tasty cheesecake recipe. But since they're missing we'll never know which it is, if either one.
Boom
Tick tock
Still waiting...
Nothing is EVER missing.
Nothing.

Could also be the vehicle to make this entire episode in corruption at the highest levels of government go away. In addition to a way out by Mueller. Mueller wants this to end because the longer this goes on, the closer to Mueller this gets. Eventually his name is going to come up on one of these crimes.
Mueller ends it now, the Pakistani’s go to prison for stealing data, Fusion closes its doors, and the rest of the cabal, including Hillary retire. Meanwhile the Clinton Foundation quietly shuts its doors.
And life in Washington goes on.

NOBODY.
Q
No, nothing is ever really missing. The attempts to hide or obfuscate will merely be part of the evidence.
.@FBI says texts are missing? Don’t believe it. As @JudicialWatch has found with “missing” and “deleted” Hillary Clinton and Lois Lerner emails, Deep State statements about “missing” electronic documents often turn out not to be true.

Who is Q?
If I remember correctly, this is the same reason the judge threw out the charges against the Bundys in Nevada. The FBI was withholding evidence.
Does the FBI have any components that have tracking, cadaver or bomb/drug sniffing dogs? If so, perhaps ONE OF THE DOGS ATE THE MISSING TEXT MESSAGES!
