Agree the WOW stuff is annoying, but the point in the Law & Crime post linked by GP is this: the FACT that there's missing crucial evidence is in itself legal evidence; it's called spoliation of evidence, and can be used in a legal procedure.
In other words, it can now be argued by Trump's lawyers that the missing emails are exculpatory to Trump and entered into the record as actual evidence of corruption by Mueller's team.
