There are so many natural first aid options, but the items on this top 10 list are the must-haves I couldnt go without! Many of these items are widely available, and I like to keep them in multiple places whether I am at home or travelling.

Interesting idea. Some things to look into...
Commas are your friends.
I was trying to make a list, but not sure why it didn’t make the list. But these are the list of 10 alternative first kit. If I knew that the list wasn’t going to work I would at least separate them by commas. Sorry about that.
Activated Charcoal for nausea - do you know if it is as fast-acting or effective as ondansitron? And does it have the same side effect (constipation). I know a couple of people who could benefit if it works as well without the side effect.
Add:
Sambucus (black elderberry) - viruses
Olive leaf extract - viruses
MesoSilver - most powerful colloidal silver - I saved a mans leg from being amputated due to infection. Healed in 7 days.
Immuplex/Congaplex- Standard Process brand for colds or flu
Milk Thistle - for liver congestion
Frankly speaking I don’t know. The source probably will explain it.
Add:
Yee-tin Tong Skin Care Oil (Peppermint Oil) 0.01floz/ 3ml - Buddha brand, sold on amazon - for nausea, motion sickness, migraines, pain. Recent discovery.
Add MSG. Mix a teaspoon of it with Vaseline and put it on rashes and esp. athelet’s foot fungus. Kills it dead.
Ginger is good for upset tummies.
Diatomaceous Earth treats tapeworms in dogs, and maybe humans.
The source did not go into detail, but I found information here: https://www.drugs.com/monograph/charcoal-activated.html
I have a can of chewing tobacco in our first aid kit for stings. Old family remedy.
“Add MSG. Mix a teaspoon of it with Vaseline and put it on rashes and esp. athelets foot fungus. Kills it dead.”
Really? I had athletes foot and cured it with a 1 ts of bleach to 16 oz of water. Put it on my foot for a week and it was gone.
MSG will kill the itch right away, kill the fungus in about two days depending on how severe. The Vaseline keeps the MSG in place (of course) - just wrap some gauze around it and you’re good to go. MSG is good for other stuff as well.
For nausea I go for ginger tea.
“can of chewing tobacco”
We used it as worm medicine in the horses.
MSG is good for bee stings if you can rub some into the wound immediately after the sting. It breaks down the proteins in the venom.
So MSG is a general anti-fungal?
Honey is used for treatment of wounds.
“Add MSG. Mix a teaspoon of it with Vaseline and put it on rashes and esp. athelets foot fungus. Kills it dead.”
Hey, that’s interesting! Do you have any sources/references for that? I did a cursory DuckDuck and didn’t see any obvious links.
I’d like to learn more about this.
