I begin my Christmas travels this morning so why dont you all have a nice cup of hot cocoa with cute marshmallow polar bears,
clear out your Christmas cookies
and commiserate amongst yourselves. And if you havent finished your Christmas shopping yet, now would be a good time to do it.

PEPPERMINT STICK MERINGUES
METHOD Easy to do: Just paint vertical lines of red paste color 2-3" apart inside decorating bag.
Fill w/ meringue. Pipe nickel size-spirals onto sheetpan. Bake. Et voila.
Insert cookies....foldover top. Punch two holes to close with ribbon.
Dangle a snowflake or glittering Christmas star from the ribbon.
Thank you Lord God for Jesus, my savior who died for my sins; thank you and amen. Jesus is the reason for the season.
I am counting my blessings...they are too many to list...my aches, pains and complaints are meaningless.
That said, if anyone wants, I suggest playing on YouTube, Vince Guaraldi, “Charlie Brown Christmas”...wow is it sentimental. I got teary eyed.
Everyone, my Freep friends, even those I argue with...be blessed and be safe and hug your family.
Have a holly jolly Christmas!!!
Going to the Armed Forces Bowl in Ft Worth today. Go Army!
We call it “Christmas Adam.”
I tried a new recipe this year: chocolate peanut chip dipped Oreos. They would make fantastic gifts.. the recipe is very easy and the end result is sinful. If anyone wants it... especially if they have limited baking time (this is a very short ingredient list and processing time)... let me know and I’ll post it.
Well... they can read it without their spectacles! LOL!! :)
If it was me... I’d frame it. The card is just so pretty... it would look very nice hung on a wall.
It’s not nearly as large as the pork spending bills they sign.
