I take it as given that some, at least, of the accusations against Moore can be disproved. And I take it that Moore will follow through on his threat (I would say, promise) and sue the miscreants who sprung this October Surprise.
If in fact he does so, he should IMHO avail himself of the opportunity to think big - and sue the MSM. That is, sue the Associated Press and its membership, joint and several liability. And, he should make it a class action lawsuit naming Republican voters as a class as the plaintiffs.
The suit should allege that the AP is an illegal trust under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act of 1890, make the case that the libeling of Moore is part of a pattern which includes just about every October Surprise ever sprung, including Rathergate. And things like the Duke Lacrosse Rape hoax and the George Zimmerman murder hoax as well.
The AP was found by SCOTUS to be in violation of Sherman back in 1945, and is no longer too big to fail because with the passage of time the value of its role in economizing on the use of formerly scarce, expensive telegraphy bandwidth no longer remotely justifies the damage wire services do in homogenizing journalism to the detriment of the very basis of the First Amendment (which is intended to maximize intellectual and political competition, not create an Establishment).
The Associated Press should be sued into oblivion.
He will have to pay lawyers for it. Wouldn’t have to if he didn’t run. After he’s 70 years old. Doesn’t the Senate have enough of them?
Start with the easiest win. Sue whoever forged his last name. Use that as the stepping stone to sue others.
How do you prove a negative? I don’t see how he could win in a court of law—even if he proved it was a forgery. The yearbook doesn’t “prove” sexual assault so I don’t see how it would “disprove” it either.
IMHO a GoFundMe might work. Or, even better, we could buy stock shares in the settlement: win the case and pick the bones of the Associated Press. Should be worth billions.
There are two lessons here:
1. Fraudulent voting must be stopped
2. Republican candidates should find a woman to accuse the Dem first. Every race going forward should have sexual misconduct accusations leveled against the Dem.
If you go back through history, our elections have been fraught with accusations that make Moore’s seem like a romance novel. He really wouldn’t have a leg to stand on, especially with the media because all they did is report what the ladies claimed. When you have 3 or 4 from the getgo, it’s sort of hard to not run with the story.
He may not want those rocks turned-over now that it no longer matters.
When the evidence cited is shown to be a forgery and you fail to mention that little factoid it is libel by omission. And Gloria Allred should be disbarred and thrown in jail - after disclosing what all dem communications urged her to do this, so they can also be found as accomplices and pay the legal price for it.
Maybe RICO is in order...
There’s a reason why the words “Senate” and “Senile” have the same Latin root word.

They had 1 that was salacious, possibly illegal, and denied vigorously.
They had 3 or 4 disconnected legal interactions with nothing more than a kiss.
Once she admitted the date was added by her, there was extensive coverage of that detail.
He doesn’t need to prove a negative. He’s already innocent. It’s about holding people accountable for slander and forgery.
The focus was on Ms. Corfman, but others were interviewed and claimed impropriety. http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11/roy_moore_accused_of_sexual_mi.html
Stop and think about who we have representing us in Washington. . . . it is absolutely mind boggling.
It proves that fraud was used to further the credibility of the claim. That fraud can than be used to prove the other allegation is also a fraud and the onus is hers to prove otherwise. But at that point she is an admitted liar.
Thanks conservatism_IS_compassion.
Along those lines the call for an investigation of
Trump by all those Demos should be responded to
by calling for individual investigations of all
congressional members or at least those who have one
or more private citizens step up to make an accusation.
I'd take a Moore at 90 yo over a Franken'stein at 35.
GFM would call it hate or whatever and disallow it.
