Former Vice President Al Gore is preparing to host another 24-hour-long broadcast to to sound the alarm on manmade global warming, capping off a disappointing year for the world’s most famous climate activist.
Gore’s environmental group will put on “24 Hours of Reality” broadcast in early December, which will feature celebrity guest appearances, including actress Helen Hunt, musical performances and segments on what different parts of the world are doing about global warming.
As in past years, the Climate Reality Project, Gore’s activist group, claims millions will tune in to the broadcast, which will be hosted by Gore himself from New York City — ironically, labelled the world’s most wasteful city.
Gore’s 24 hours of global warming activism will cap off a rather disappointing year for the former vice president.
For starters, President Donald Trump completely ignored Gore’s advice and announced that he would withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord. Gore was a major backer of the Paris accord, which the Obama administration joined in 2015. Gore met with president-elect Trump in Trump Tower in 2016, where he personally implored him to stay in the Paris accord.
Gore even told reporters as late as April 2017 there was “a better than 50/50 chance that the Trump administration will decide to stay in the Paris Agreement.” His optimism was dashed in June.
If that wasn’t enough, the next installment of Gore’s “Inconvenient” films performed poorly at the box office, and was even panned by liberal critics.

Ah, the pleasures of watching (not) the most scientifically illiterate idiot in the multiverse (he is a senator, after all) pretend that he knows anything about climate change.
The irony of these fanatics and MMGW faithful is rich.
The religious MMGW zealots have to hope and wish for data that shows the planet is getting warmer year after year. But the data keeps coming up short and showing no measurable changes. The irony is that they think that the warming, while hurting the planet, would help them make their case and prove them right. For them, it is more about their credibility, stature, ego and power than it is about the planet or people of future generations. So, they have to hope for what they think is suffering and misery to advance their ego and power.
BUT, real world history, geography and geological sciences show that a warmer planet is a healthier planet with more life and more peace. If the planet does continue to warm, history shows it would be good for all life AND good for their argument, regardless of how falsely attributable to humans it is.
What amazes me is that there are otherwise sensible people,with no real agenda out there who actually seem to believe this crap.

Yup, so, for years they've been outright manipulating the data and LYING about it.
These AGW fanatics were so confidant that they didn't expect anyone to challenge their findings and when they were challenged they refused to share the raw data.
