These pictures remind me of the leftist media’s pictures of the annual March for Life on the Mall in DC. About 200,000 marchers, most of them young, will be shown as a close up of 30. Then there will be a similar picture of counter protesters called “pro-choice” though there is only one choice they care about.

Madrid is in the wrong here.
The Catalan separatists would gladly forfeit their self-determination and submit to the will of the unelected bureaucrats of the EU if it were possible, they just don’t want to be referred to as Spanish, the secessionists, that is.
