Kaepernicks complaint says Trump and Vice President Mike Pence engaged in various public relations stunts designed to retaliate against Mr. Kaepernick and other players that have joined in Kaepernicks peaceful protest. The complaint calls Trump an organizing force in the collusion among team owners in their conduct towards Kaepernick, and claims NFL owners have described Trumps administration as causing paradigm shifts in their views toward NFL players.

If you go and read through all of this.....if there is any presentation of ‘proof’, then the entire NFL-union agreement is terminated, and has to be negotiated again.
His thinking is that the franchise owners will be fearful over this accusation and cave-in with one of them hiring him.
Now, the negative to this is that one team has already offered a contract (back-up quarterback, lot lower pay then the previous contract). If the union did prove this occurred, then what? The owners might sit there and realize how screwed up this season is and the cost impact....telling the union to go ahead and strike.

It’s hard to take people seriously when they insist on behaving as if everyone on earth is JUST as stupid as THEY are.

Shut up, spoiled brat half-white thug!!!!!
You quit your job with the 49ers, and as a player you suck.
Go get a job with Black Lives Matter, @ssh*le. They’ll pay you $15 an hour to be a protester.

I sincerely doubt any nfl team would want the media circus that would come along with the kneeler.

Kaepernick actually had a contract with an opt out clause, and he chose to exercise that clause.

The reason this clown is not playing is because he opted out of the last year of his contract to become a free agent and this whole NFL disaster got its start as part of a scheme to raise Kapernicks media fame so he could extort a higher paying contract and starting position
Notice a lot players are pushing for him to be a starting QB, just not on their team

... have described Trumps administration as causing paradigm shifts in their views toward NFL players.

No, the Trump administration has finally -- finally -- given a voice to the way the majority of Americans have long felt about Kapernick and the other protesters.
