Eminem didn’t hold back in his cypher -- called "The Storm (Freestyle)" -- against Trump and his supporters, at BET’s Hip Hop Awards on Tuesday (Oct. 10). He protested the “racist 94-year-old” president by cutting deep into issues like Islamophobia, white supremacy and racism against Black Lives Matter protesters.
“Says he wants to lower our taxes,” he raps in one line. “Then who's gonna pay for his extravagant trips / Back and forth with his fam to his golf resorts and his mansions?”
He points at the hypocrisy of Trump’s pro-military rhetoric by touching on his past comments criticizing John McCain for being captured while serving during the Vietnam War. “Unless you’re a POW who’s tortured and battered ‘cause to him you’re zeroes ‘cause he don’t like his war heroes captured.”

The rapper is still trending on Twitter -- he’s received plenty of support from fellow celebrities, including Colin Kaepernick, Ellen DeGeneres and T-Pain.
But his incendiary lyrics are getting backlash from Trump supporters, whose platform he mocked by putting on a fake Southern accent during lines like, "[Trump's] gonna get rid of all the immigrants.” The rapper makes it clear that he won’t tolerate pro-Trump views from anyone, even if they come from his fans. “Any fan of mine who’s a supporter of his,” he rapped. “I’m drawing in the sand a line.” Then he comes close to the camera and appears to say “F*** you” behind a censor while flipping them off....

What a moron. This will hurt him more than it will hurt Trump.
Many people are finding there are more important things than: hollywood, artist opinions, football, etc.
Even if you didnt like Trump it came off as corny.

Eminem has not impacted my life in any way because I do not listen to the vile dreck known as rap/hip-hop. I have heard of him, but this is the first I have heard of him in several years. Maybe this rant/rap was done to try to make him relevant again?

its a social war and the best way to win is to have those on the left eat there words.
The reason the left has been winning in cultural war is most people back down and let them get away at claiming up is down and down is up.
The one thing Trump has taught Me is that you don’t just walk away from a conversation when the person is making it up.
At this point you are not trying to convince them of anything what you are doing is arguing to set it strait for those listening in.
If you are effective in your argument you can destroy the credibility of the person to those that listen to the guys talking points.
I guess. I hated Bush’s ignoring every criticism. That didn’t work, that is for sure.
And one good thing is that Trump playing along is another demonstration of the hypocrisy of pop culture / media / entertainment industry: if he did nothing, they would LITERALLY say on their late night jester shows that they would have total respect for Trump if he busted out in rhyme and responded. Then they would do a skit about it. But when he does, they can’t respect him no matter what. There is no bit of oxygen entering the President’s lungs they could even begrudgingly support. They’ve been trained like Nazi party members in 1938 to hate. They are well trained and obedient.
It’s beyond obvious that the President is a far better rapper than Eminem, LOL.

gotta talk to them in ways they understand if you ever want things to change. otherwise people just talk past each other.
