It sounds like a joke headline, or maybe something cropped from the basement of some keyboard warrior, but this is actually published as a real life article on the University of Alberta Website with the headline: “Frank Miller’s Batman is a fascist and you really shouldn’t cheer for him.” If you like to laugh at general idiocy and see the impacts of indoctrination over education, I highly recommend it. But there is something far more sinister behind the ideas the writer puts across.

Super Heroes are a very American phenomenon. They were created (for mainstream consumption) in the U.S, they grew into their many forms (genres) in the U.S, and in many ways they represent to us the things that do, in fact, Make America Great. And to socialists, the idea of a vigilante who does what the state is unwilling to do is a terrifying thought.

Well, duh. Are Snowflakes so stupid and incapable of seeing reality now that they don’t get it that Frank Miller did intentionally make Batman into the Dark Knight to be the fascist who knows how to get out of control crime under control? The reader is supposed to be torn between their desire to end crime at any cost and what the actual cost would be.

Of course they do. It's one of their competitors, as brutish and cruel as they are. And so, as such, they rightfully despise it as an enemy, and fear it as an enemy far more than they do most of the limp-wristed halfhearted conservatives and capitalists much farther down on their list of those they'll get around to eliminating as soon as they can.

My suspicion: the reason they hated the Nazi SS so much a half-century-plus back and black-caped vigilante Batman now was because they made the use of force by those in black outfits look good, and the blackshirt goons of the pismire collectivists today look way too much like easy targets.

I would bet you a nice dinner the general answer to that is "no." Like "racist" or "racism" etc. it is just another negative term the left uses to try to discredit their enemies and put them on the defensive.

They'll take a position X on something, then call anyone who opposes them racist, sexist, homophobe, bigot, fascist. Anything and everything to make it personal - your basic ad-hominem attack. Then the person opposing the libtard is usually forced to defend themselves, their beliefs, their associations, etc. Meanwhile the original position on X goes basically unchallenged and is left out there to more or less become part of the background status quo. It is a very subtle way of slowly adjusting peoples fundamental viewpoints.

Consider, back in the Reagan era, at the height of the cold war against the evil empire... Would anyone have associated themselves with socialism, globalism, progressivism, etc.? Ok, sure, there were a few avowed communists. Today, after 30+ years of slow social engineering, democrats proudly tout their socialist views and openly embrace globalism, open borders, etc.
