President Donald Trump has waded into the fray over NFL players sitting out the national anthem and disrespecting the American flag. During a rally for Luther Strange in Huntsville, Trump began talking football with the cheering crowd. And although critics may argue that what an NFL player chooses to do is his right under the First Amendment, there is a much bigger picture that needs to be examined.
At the rally, Trump said that the people who disrespect the flag should be thrown out of the stadium and be kicked off the teams:
“Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when someone disrespects our flag to say, `Get that son of a bitch off the field right now! Out. He’s fired! He’s fired!“

Fans are there for the sport. The owners and players are there for the money.
What is the players end game?
Are they all going to kneel every game and then what?
What do these players do off the field to further their cause?
I wonder if they considered visiting a VA hospital first and telling the veterans they were going to do that...
Well, I disagree. While I certainly don’t like people disrespecting the flag, they have a Constitutional right to do so. I don’t think the owners can fire them per se, but I guess they could direct the coach not to play them, but only so many players are allowed on each team. The owners can choose not to renew their contracts, which is what I would do.
Plus, other people have Constitutional rights as well. I don’t have to go to an NFL game, and I don’t. I don’t have to watch the NFL on TV, and I don’t. Many others are doing the same thing and I believe ticket sales and TV revenue for the NFL is down, way down. Good.

People who encourage 8 year old and younger kids to kneel for the playing of the National Anthem and disrespect the flag in the process would not even consider visiting a VA or Military Hospital under any circumstance.
Ahhh...that is the million dollar question. SO if we were to ditch the Star Spangled Banner for say America the Beautiful, or another would the protest continue? Undoubtedly they would.
What they are asking for is not equality...but superiority. They don't want to be equal, then want to be superior and be the ones calling the shots, like in Zimbabwe and South Africa where killing of whites, and dispossessing them are the norms.
That's what they REALLY are demanding.
While we are fire people.. how about Mueller?

Easy to tune out and turn them off.
Easier for me since I got sick of these over paid prima donnas a LONG time ago.
If most of them couldn’t carry a foot ball they would be digging ditches or trying to be on welfare.
Tune out, turn off it won’t take long for the money to stop flowing. Don’t want this gang back ever though at any price. There are plenty of others.
Watch what happens in basketball this season. They are losers as well.
I have much better things to do than watch sports on TV. Surely other people can find something more useful and enjoyable to do.
And look at the frickin’ NFL’s attitude here, they’re waggling their finger for “disrespecting the players”. Yeah, it’s not enough to shower them with money, they have to be LOVED at every turn, too.
Excuse me, Mr. NFL-spokesman, who is the customer again? And you guys wonder why your product is tanking.

What’s the problem with these athletes and standing up for our Flag and show respect for our Country,as President Trump Said. Answer...President Trump laid out it for them all plain and clear. I have a problem with their whole protest. When does it end. Too many people like sheep look at their acts of disrespect as some kind of heroism for their many complaints of our Country. What complete nonsense by these players and owners. Show Respect for Our Country! So Simple.
Picture anyone of these gutless NFL, NBA, MLB players on Okinawa during WWII. Real brave athletes NOT!! They’re gutless ingrates. I don’t know about you, but they make me want to throw rotten garbage at them for their gutless displays disrespecting our flag and our national anthem.
My dad was in that battle.
