One of few westerners welcomed by the rogue nation, NBA legend Dennis Rodman has created controversy in recent years for his visits to North Korea as well as his friendly tone when discussing its supreme leader Kim Jong-un. In the wake of a recent nuclear test believed to have been the nation's most powerful to date, Rodman touted his unusual relationship with Kim as the basis to potentially ease tensions between North Korea and the rest of the world.

Who would've thought in that season of 'Celebrity Apprentice' that Donald Trump and Dennis Rodman would go on to help save the world? Say what you will about him, Rodman wants to use his unique access to N.Korea to help out. That's gotta be better than doing nothing.

Send him there and tell them to keep him
Didn’t he used to be famous for something?

Can we get Dennis to strangle him when he gets him alone? That would make him a hero.

That's gotta be better than doing nothing. I'm not so sure about that, but hell, let him try.

I appreciate his concern but the problem is that both he and dear leader are insane.

What could possibly go wrong with this scenario?

Now why would Dennis not be afraid of being put into a coma?
What a world we live in.

Dennis "The Worm" Rodman (no relation to Hillary Rodman Clinton) couldn't do any worse than when Madam Madeleine Albright "visited" the NORKS. I say, go for it!

The problem is that "easing tensions with the rest of the world" is snowflake code for buying more time for dealing with a dangerous snake who uses every day to become more dangerous.
The message to send now is that you, NK, have bought a seat at the big-boy's table, and here is how the game is played. Having developed weapons and having threatened the civilized world, there are no moral or international legal constraints against your total and utter obliteration if we think, and let me emphasize the "if we think part" of this, you have even blinked the wrong way.
Oh and the other thing is that once you are in this club, you cannot resign.

You know, on some level it’s easy to understand why these two... people... are BFFs.

Give Rodman a gun and have him pop a cap in Kimmy at their next get together. That will fix things.

What do we need to defend ourselves and the world against North Korea? We need intel and lots of it. We need organizational structures in their regime with names and addresses and details. We need infrastructure details for the whole country. We need strategic military intelligence for NK assets and command and control structure.
How can we use Dennis Rodman to help us along those lines?

I am terrified at the possibility of a nuclear war between the US and NK. If he can in any way alleviate the situation, then godspeed be with him.

Good on ya, Dennis Rodman.
Why don't you take a page out of President Trump's book and spend millions of your own dollars feeding and clothing citizens of North Korea.
Take your buddy, Kim Jong Un, along with you to show him your generosity.
I'm sure he'd be most appreciative of your efforts.
