Maybe you are correct about the diagnosis. There were kids in what was called “special ed/resource room” when I was a kid. We just gave them all one label.
ADHD now is what a normal, active child was then. They may not have a way to channel energy any more.
Because we attempt to save every child born with problems -- even the extremely premature. Doctors routinely save babies born at four and five months of age now.
Unfortunately, not all of them make it. We count them in the child mortality statistics. Other countries don't.
At walmart one night a beautiful young boy and his mom wete in front of me in line. He was constantly moving and waving his hands. Looked at no one but was in his own world. His mother slent 200 bucks including wic ON SUGAR JUNK FOOD. I prayed to God it was for a party but hey...money rules.

When I was in basic training we were always being inoculated for something. The only mishap was a guy from muscle beach in California. A real specimen. He was discharged because he reacted to the plague shot and went nuts for a short time. So, reactions to anything can happen at any time but one needs to look at the overall picture.
To my mind they haven't been able to accurately pinpoint the cause autism to inoculations, but it certainly does make them a convenient tipping-boy.
And how much of it was Food Stamps?

I don’t think the “pushers” of vaccines would even submit/permit to having any research done on this subject.
Nothing will get you in more trouble here on FR - and insulted - and called names - than by disagreeing with folks who take the subject of vaccines as seriously as eating or brushing their teeth. Been there, done that and have yet to change my mind on the subject. One of the favorite names showed up early on in the thread - LUDDITE....

Mercola is often right on. Other times not.
MDs are often right on. Other times they’ll kill you.
We try to be informed and use each when it makes sense.
I don’t know whether it is vaccinations. I do know we vaccinated minimally and slowly. No autism.
We also had minimal ultrasounds.
Almost none.
I think that is important to look at.
Autism increased as ultrasounds increased.
It doesn’t debunk anything. Autism existed before these vaccinations and the modern vaccination schedule.
Also bear in mind that many of todays “Autism” were yesterday’s “Retardation” but we don’t say that anymore. It’s now all “Spectrum” which could be anything from a love of Star Wars into your 20s or full-blown catatonic.
There is actually more causation relationship between autism and cellular radio.
I’m anti-vax, but I have looked at other things too. Our air is FULL of garbage and is almost unlivable.
We have to do something to cut the sh!t with our environment, and not for animals but for people. And the cellular radios are sloppily tuned or totally untuned.
They did in my town.
The real fools are the idiots who pay these scammers tens of thousands of dollars for their quick treatments.
