President Donald Trump in a Tweet suggested that Special Counsel Robert Mueller was unfair in his investigation by sharing a question that so many people are asking.

Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump So many people are asking why isn't the A.G. or Special Council looking at the many Hillary Clinton or Comey crimes. 33,000 e-mails deleted? 6:44 AM - 22 Jul 2017 20,466 20,466 Retweets 71,224 71,224 likes Twitter Ads info and privacy Mueller isnt investigating Hillary Clintons emails is because his mandate is to investigate Russian attempts to influence the 2016 election and any crimes he uncovers in that process. As broad as that mandate can be, it cannot be stretched to cover Hillary Clintons actions in an office she left in 2013.
Still, the fact that she hasnt been prosecuted is an injustice. Others, including a general who served the country with distinction, faced felony convictions for less egregious mishandling of national security secrets that Secretary Clinton. I can understand why so many people are upset about this and will be happy to provide them an answer.

Obama could have done a secret pardon.
If Hillary is prosecuted that just puts her on the front page for four years. The nation is better of if she disappears, finally dies of whatever ails her. Future historians will not treat her well. (Far in the future historians)
That’s my understanding, but correct me if I’m wrong. Why does he keep complaining about something he can address? Appoint the special prosecutor to either look into her campaign’s ties to Russia or the email investigation (or both). Do it.
Note to dumbasses: It will take months, if not years, to develop a winnable case in a COURT. The Clintons have had decades of developing the successful cover-up techniques which go with Organized Crime.
They just got a refresher course in how to hide things from Comey.
It is amusing to see those who think they actually have a clue as to what is in the works. But I can assure them that it will NOT be quick and easy.
No one has considered the difficulty of getting a Grand Jury impaneled which would indict and how much harder it will be to get a conviction from the petit jury. My guess is they would be from the D.C. area.
Should an indictment be obtained and an acquittal ensue, great damage will be done to the Conservative cause and a great shot in the arm will be given the Democratmedia. It will bray non-stop about the fanatical pursuit of the Queen.
Who is as innocent as a babe in her mother’s arms and only wants to heal the lame and halt and feed the chil’ren.
The clintons are not above the law. Trump needs to prosecute in order to stop future crimes they and thier minions will commit.
Totally wrong, the Nation is far better off if the rule of law is adhered to. As long as H. Clinton gets away with her crimes the longer this Nation and the rule of law will suffer.
Do we have to wait for the next democrat criminal to state as defense “well Clinton did it and you didn’t prosecute”
Wake up!
Indeed! “What is right is right”.
Before he can do that Trump needs to:
* Purge the Deep State that keeps leaking secrets.
* Purge the DoJ, State Department and others of people who would interfere with such an investigation.
* End the endless investigations of Russia, Russia, Russia.
* Get past the endless legal battles over his immigration rules.
He cannot fight multiple legal fights when there are enemies within and without. He needs to strengthen his position, end the challenges to everything else, and purge the enemies of the administration (and democracy) from the bloated administration.
The nation is better off if she goes to prison. Pandering to the left never never works. If we do not have rule of law then we WILL have a civil war.
It won’t be civil, I can tell you that.

As far as I’m concerned, Trump has one real job, one that he explicitly and in no uncertain terms promised to do, on national television with 100 million people plus watching: put Hillary Clinton and her associates in jail, thus restoring enough of a pretense of the Rule of Law that Americans might be able to rely on it as the guardian of our security.
So its ok to get away with a crime when its too hard to be convicted? Tell that to all the Mafia figures who were put away after many years of investigation.
Right?
