I am now researching the rights of the American Taxpayer. Has any taxpayer fought the IRS and won? In fact, yes! The first case we will discuss is https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/11pdf/11-139.pdf
The tax code generally allows the IRS to audit three years back, and six in some cases. The U.S. Supreme Court in U.S. v. Home Concrete & Supply, LLC has dramatically cut back on IRS reaches into six year territory. It is an absolutely positive win for the American taxpayer.
The main rule is that the IRS time to audit runs three years after filing or due date. However, the IRS gets double time for a substantial understatement of income where you omit 25% or more. This debate is over.
The Supreme Court agreed to decide if the IRS can go back six years or only three. In the cases:
HomeConcrete & Supply v. U.S. Fourth Circuit
Burks v. U.S. and Equipment Holding Co. LLC v. Commr Fifth Circuit
Bakersfield Energy Partners v. Commr
The IRS lost so was limited to three years!

Don’t forget to ask for your phone call.
Even under Trump, the system will KILL YOU if you get too uppity. The rot is too entrenched.
And then there’s Al Sharpton.
Dunno, ask Al Sharpton. Seems he’s been owing a lot of money in back taxes he’s not paid; but since 0bama doesn’t have his back anymore maybe hopefully he’ll be eager to pay up.
The IRS does not care about a court decision for an individual case. You would have to litigate all over again.
Better to just pay and shut up. You can’t beat taxes unless you’re a prominent democrat and have protective pigmentation.
No statute of limitations for tax fraud. They can go back to the beginning of the income tax for civil tax fraud.
And the 3 years is from when you file the return. Don’t file, and the clock hasn’t started ticking yet.
There’s a 10 year statute of limitations on starting collection efforts after the return has been filed.

Troll? Lots of posts on your recent post page without comments.
Ask the Ed and Elaine Brown from Plainfield NH. They’re going to spend the rest of their lives in jail all thanks to the IRS.
the law itself and the jurisprdence around it is just like a John Roberts ruling. U can’t get around a corrupt court. Read glenshaw glass for a recent abomination. the court makes up law and stealing your money is it’s highest duty.
Ask Wesley Snipes......
Ask AL Capone
And Willie Nelson
If they want to get you, they will

How did that happen? What’s the back story on them?
I believe the 16th amendment has been tested in the SCOTUS. I could be wrong....
“It is possible for most Americans to legally stop paying both federal and state income taxes. This applies to most Americans who live and work in the 50 States.”
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gasps for breath.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The idiot doesn’t know squat about the law!
The 16th amendment was never legally ratified by the required number of states, but the feral government is not required to obey the rule of law.

Ed Brown had been previously convicted of armed robbery. I wouldn’t be holding him up as the model citizen.
The best way to go is an Art V CoS and repeal the 16th through that mechanism.
