Their burgers suck.
I only go there for the chicken sandwich for the wife since it is the only close fast food place with a whole wheat bun. And the hot ketchup.
I have tried several of their burgers (also Steak N Shake next door). Paper-thin tasteless patties, so-so buns.
I usually get the chicken strips when I pick up the sandwich for the wife.
Their lemon pie is one of the best fast food desserts, right up there with Taco Bell’s caramel-apple empanada.
Suck? Whataburger?
Well, to each his own. Fortunately for you there are still plenty of McDonalds, Wendys and Jack in the Boxes with their grey meat “burgers”.
