A Moorhead, Minnesota man stands accused of beating, scalding, and blowing up firecrackers on his 2-month old daughter before rubbing cayenne pepper in her eyes and choking her till she turned blue.
Shawn Foltz, 31, was charged with neglect of a child, malicious punishment of a child and two counts of third-degree assault. All of those charges are felonies.
According to KFGO radio, Foltz told investigators that he would think of ways to harm the infant while he was at work.
According to Fox 4, he also said that he snapped his daughter with a towel in the face, scalded her with hot water in the face and tossed fireworks at her body.
He also hit her with a wooden spoon and a piece of vinyl flooring on the bottom for crying.

He is not the kind of inmate that gets killed in prison.
He is the kind of inmate that gets beaten to within an inch of his life each day, and then gets beaten the next day.
Fellow inmates never want him dead, as they will not have the satisfaction of beating his within an inch of his life the next day.

Fellow inmates will not want to kill him, but instead they will keep him alive, just alive enough so they can continue to beat him each day.
The only answer I can arrive at for this behavior is demonic possession. And I’m not one to bandy that about.
The news stories seem full of this outright evil lately.
Put him in General Population and announce all the guards are going on lunch break.
It would be pretty easy to execute this pos and anyone colluding with him. I wonder what his internet history is like.
