The only cure for this is continuous widespread depiction of Mohammed in cartoons, satire, and documentaries. Millions of reproductions thousands of artists.

But, contemporary artists are all small minded chickens, opting instead for a pregnant nun or a urine soaked cross.

Interesting thought: while I can only speak for Christianity and Buddhism, there is a place for laughter and humor in both these religions. I never seen any in Islam. At least not a self deprecating humor.
