Since being fired from the Fox News Channel earlier in April, speculation has run wild over what former Fox News star Bill OReilly would do next. On Thursday, OReilly dropped a hint that he may be returning to television sooner than many expected.
In a podcast airing on Billoreilly.com on Monday, OReilly said his plan going forward is to air progressively longer podcasts on Billoreilly.com that will eventually become a full news program. On Thursday, in a podcast titled OReilly Lays out Plans for the Future in Last Free Podcast, OReilly said his website will launch a video news program and maybe go into some other networks as well.
So, I hope you consider it and sign up because we will be here Monday through Thursday with our audio broadcast, and we are working on making it a video display, OReilly said.
Were going to expand the concept on BillOReilly.com, and maybe go into some other networks as well, OReilly said.
OReilly reiterated his plan to expand what hes calling the No Spin News later in his podcast as well.
We really appreciate you guys hanging with us the first week on the No Spin News, its very nice of you to do that, said OReilly. We think we provide a unique perspective on the news, by the way, and as I said in the beginning of this broadcast, were going to expand it. So, were going to expand it.
A lot of people interested, Im taking my time, OReilly said. Theres a lot of things that I have to clear up, as I mentioned on Monday when I first came on the air. Theres a lot of things in play, and youll know what the deal is.
On Friday, media industry website Mediaite reported conservative fat cats are considering the formation of a new conservative media outlet.
According to Mediaites report, the pace of the serious discussions has been picking up in the wake of rumors suggesting additional changes are in store at Fox News. A source reportedly told Mediaite that two prominent high-powered television executives, some underperforming conservative networks and people who have an interest and the ability to fund a new network are met Friday to discuss creating a rival to Fox News.
The group is concerned that Fox News is moving too far left and that an alternative to the conservative media powerhouse would be well received by audiences angry with the television networks new direction.

I wonder if he has a non-compete clause, and if so, how long it is. If Fox was smart, they insisted on one.
Maybe there is such a non-compete clause, and Bill just doesn’t care anymore. “He will NOT be ignored!”.
Larry King went through the same process. He refused to accept that his time in the sun had come to a close.
Bob Barker resisted retiring for years and years, well past his 80th (!!) birthday, or at least it looked that way.
What BabyBoomer among us could forget how the great comic Jerry Lewis was unceremoniously DUMPED from his MS Telethon.
Sometimes, there is no going back, at least not to the same level of prominence. Billy-O may be the exception to the rule.
Gee, maybe he’ll go on Glenn Beck’s network. (or CRTV or OAN)
I’m just saying . . .
Maybe BOR should just stick to phone sex since he seems to love it so much.
Bill and Glenn used to tour together. (After Beck left Fox, he started using Dennis Miller instead, then this year added Watters to the mix.)
Look the guy has his flaws but he’s done some good things and one of the more recent ones is the Kate Steinle law and pointing out who is blocking it.
You are right.
It shows you how smart Jerry Seinfeld was. Go out on top.
Johnny Carson too. People were stunned that he really did just ‘walk away’ from his top tier status to the gauzy nothingness of not being a “Star”. Wasn’t that the most important thing in life? Carson wisely knew, no, being a ‘Star’ was not the ultimate way to exist. Not in real life.
Doris Day, same story, but she may have been fed up with being swindled by her most recent husbands.
Bob Hope could not give it up till the very bitter end. I got used to seeing photos of him in the National Enquierer all red-eyed and dazed looking , (though still sharply dressed in a Tux) as he aged in the public eye.
Watch Bill O’Reilly for years..did not always agree with him and sometime would not watch him for weeks, but always he would have someone I wanted to hear interviewed and I would go back to him...have watched him regularly since DJT first announced he was running for POTUS in June 16, 2015.
So maybe Bullish will rethink his thoughts too...he has been a long time FR poster..
I'm very leery of the new Posters who have joined FR in the past year, as trolls..and I think a lot of them truly are, but could also be the NEVER TRUMP loonies,as well.
Nite all...God Bless America
I am not a real fan of O’reilly or anyone else at Fox News, I do like Guttfield though. But I don’t watch much.
But from the Girl’s Saying he grunted, and called her ‘hot chocolate’, it would seem to me that she would know that that meant he was interested in her. She could be flattered, or grossed out by the older man’s advances.
Either way, that puts her in a position of power.
She never told him no, she never shut him down.
And now she claims she was harassed?
My God, if a guy can’t hit on a girl anymore, what is this world coming to?
I mean really who cares?
BOR is useless
BOR= useless puke.
I got sick of him defending Jughead. He needs to enjoy his retirement.
I hope he is dumb enough to go to that idiot Beck’s station then we’ll be rid of both of them shortly.
I can not-watch him on any channel or network that will host him.
Easy
Leftists kill everything they touch. Baby Murdock is doing that to Fox.
I don’t think high profile public media figures can retire. They are so addicted to having their asses kissed that they die off rather quickly when they retire. BOR is probably afraid of that. Getting his ego stroked is a necessary component of his daily life.
A hour podcast ?
I’d jump right on that...not.
