David Rockefeller, the famous banker and philanthropist with the family name that controlled Chase Manhattan bank for more than a decade and wielded vast influence around the world in the world of finance, has died on Monday morning at his home in Pocantico Hills, N.Y. He was 101.

A family spokesman, Fraser P. Seitel, confirmed the death.

Rarely do I cheer a man's death, but in David Rockefeller's case I do. This man worked hard for and achieved much towards the destruction of our nation. Good riddance and may he rot in hell.

My grandfather (who died over 60 years ago) was one of 12 men who founded the Chase Manhattan. It did him no good as he lost everything including his position at the bank in the 1929 stock market crash. The bank was founded for the purpose of money laundering.
