Barring some surprise electoral catastrophe, Geert Wilders Freedom Party (PVV), will likely win the popular vote in the Dutch elections today. His hard-line stance on immigration and (more specifically) integration has set the tone for many of the parties vying for a share of the power. In an effort to counteract PVVs popularity, many traditionally mainstream (centrist) parties have started veering to the right. Wilders appeal comes, in part, from his very straight forward and direct manifesto; he sticks to the message, and anyone who is reasonably literate can read and understand his points in a matter of minutes.
The manifesto has received mixed responses, with some media agencies saying that Wilders seeks to rid the Netherlands of Islam, and others saying this is a more Holland First platform that prioritizes traditional Dutch values. Wilders famously stated in an interview in 2008, that Islam is not a religion; its an ideology, the ideology of a retarded culture.

Trump effect. Will Germany follow?
probably not because Germany is being toppled by it’s retirement system, they need cheap labor to keep the bills paid..so they are willing to remake the country before it falls into some hell hole of economic indifference and debt..
***they need cheap labor to keep the bills paid.***
Same for our Social Security system. Each retire needs three workers to support them. When those three retire they will need nine. When those nine retire they will need twenty seven.
Now multiply that by sixty million. It requires 180 million workers to support them. And when those 180 million retire....

I don’t think that’s quite correct since the original group will have died off by the time it takes 27/recipient.
Will Le Pen win the runoff? Everything says she can’t do it but it feels like a wave to the right is underway everywhere!
Sums it up.
any word on the election? I checked earlier and there were no articles.
don’t we have some posters from the Netherlands?
yep, they created a slush fund, spent it, and knew that politically they could tax folks later for their lavish un- needed spending..so between gangstamint pensions and the fake math used by washington to deceive the people, we are broke, the world is a shell game of lies and deceit, and is not based on the way of God..it is crumbling..hold on tight
High achieving peoples need to stop apologizing for their well earned success; to stop giving away what many generations managed to achieve.
Stupidity & treason are not a formula for a happy tomorrow.
"Neither party [of the top 2 parties] is expected to take more than 30 percent of the vote, however, and polls suggest about 40 percent of voters remains undecided the day before the vote.
"There are 28 parties standing for the countrys 150 seat parliament. It can take months for a coalition government to be formed. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/15/dutch-election-do-polls-close-can-geert-wilders-win/ And then this more detailed update from the Express: http://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/778648/Dutch-election-polls-live-updates-latest-news-Geert-Wilders-Mark-Rutte-Netherlands-poll The fragmented political party process in the Netherlands - 28 parties likely to obtain some representation in parliament, and the top two not likely to rise above, or much above 30%, AND so many other parties NOT willing to form a coalition with Wilders, means (a) he will remain as a voice to contend with but (b) will not likely be able to make a coalition in parliament that will give him Netherlands top executive post. My point? As much as I am in agreement with Wilders, many reports are making too much of it - the degree of his popularity - in the context of the fragmented politics of the Netherlands.
"Mr Rutte and the leaders of most other major parties have ruled out entering a coalition with Mr Wilders, meaning the controversial fire brand is unlikely to enter government even if he were to win 30 seats, the maximum polls suggest he can hope for."
He will have a plurality but won’t get the majority of the votes.
Maybe, maybe not. They are having to print more ballots today to keep up with demand: https://twitter.com/EuropeElects/status/842068276565966848
