A story published by The New York Times that features a group of undocumented immigrants attending the University of California’s Merced campus has been caught in a swirl of controversy after the article included the dorm room numbers of five of the eight students profiled. Advocates for the students claim their safety has been threatened by the publication.
The article, “Creating a Safe Space for California Dreamers” by Times reporter Patricia Leigh Brown, was published in the paper’s Sunday edition and continues to appear, dorm numbers included, on the paper’s website, where it was posted Feb. 3.
The article centers on a program created by UC Merced that offers more focused support to first generation and low income college students, some of whom happen to be undocumented....

Send ICE in and deport.
If they are covered under DACA, ICE can’t deport them.

I don’t want the illegals here, but that is pretty dumb of the NYT to publish such personal info. If an illegal gets assaulted, NYT may be partially liable.

Every undocumented alien that goes to a UC takes the place of a citizen whose parents have worked, been taxed and saved. The UC system was built for the citizens of California. Also, every “undocumented” alien receives free tuition which is another burden on the people.
I fired a roofer for the BS. White owner showed up to my house to give me a quote. I accepted. Sent a ‘mariachi band’ to do the job. I called the owner. Came out. I confronted him. “Are these illegals?” “Yes, Ma’am.” “No, thank you. Your services are no longer required.” Then the owner went into a diatribe of how his main worker was his best friend and didn’t want to be deported. Told them to “git”.
