If headline is true than he should have recused himself.

Good for the judge. Helping his fellow man. Using his own wealth, property, and labor.
To: Sean_Anthony
This terrible ruling will probably do far more good than harm. President Trump now knows from experience just how critical it is to get every single judicial appointment right. I imagine he will put a team in charge of identifying judicial activists who should never, ever be appointed to a judicial position (or higher position) by any real president. The Supreme Court is important, but it’s not the whole story.

This biased judge with an anti-American agenda should not have been allowed to overturn the ban.

I’d like to think people coming from those 7 ‘countries’ are getting extra-special scrutiny at customs, and that FISA is manning the red phone to issue the necessary warrents pronto.

“Conflict of interest.” Possibly.
“House starts imnpeachment immediately”
Doubtful, Ed, with Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell in charge.

Judge Robart should have recused himself
but that's not what activist judges do, right ?
Since the question involves a Constitutional issue
it is interesting to note that the judge never addressed
any Constitutional citation or precedent.

This one really is a big deal.
He should have recused himself, especially since he planned to cross up the President with a longshot BS TRO.
Since he didn’t realize the impact of what he’s done, he clearly is immature and incompetent as well.
But we knew that....

This dizzy SOB needs to be in jail. BLM is right. There is no justice system in America. Just a bunch of activist bastards dressed up in burkas.

Of course, that’s why they judge-shopped him.

You mentioned "BLM was right". In the political discussions on TV (CSpan and network), something interesting has happened. Seems that those who support the BLM contentions about bias agree with Trump that the US isn't innocent about "blood on its hands".
Nothing changes if we can't be honest about our history.

District court judges are rarely “chosen” by the President. Usually the senators from the state work with the president for these positions.
This particular judge came highly recommended by Washington State’s 2 female senators of the time, Cantwell and Murray.

I always think about, “We came, we saw, he died”. Well, now Libya is a mess for us to have to contend with.

He should have recused himself to avoid a clear conflict of interest.

That Boston judge ruling (in favor of President Trump’s EO) plus the text of the US code should go with every filing that the DoJ makes.
MAGA!!
