In March on Meet the Press, after declaring Ted Cruz unfit to run for president because of his views on climate change, Brown said, “We are running out of time because it’s not raining. This is a serious matter we’re experiencing in California, as kind of a foretaste. But there is no doubt that into the future, we’re going to have more problems.” Brown also claimed research shows a “connection” between California’s drought and climate change.

Totally unprepared for this. They believed their own BS, didn’t bother to get ready.

They keep breaking into our television broadcasts here in sunny California announcing urgent flash-flood warnings. I’m guessing all this excess water must be crocodile tears if it isn’t rain.
My mistake. They got another 2 feet last night.

20 feet of snow now at Mammoth Mountain in the Eastern Sierra, and it is still coming down.

This guy wanted to be President.
Brown cannot even remember what happened after the 1998 El Nino. Lots of rain and snow. That states government is clueless and waisting millions.
