The Problem Of Muslim Inbreeding
Common Sense Evaluation ^

Posted on 01/03/2017 4:42:44 AM PST by gaggs

Here’s an explanation for Islamic terrorism that’s never suggested. A never-spoken-about problem with Muslims is their inbreeding as a result of their long and deeply ingrained practice of marrying first cousins — a practice that has been prohibited in the Judeo-Christian tradition since the days of Moses.

All of that inbreeding and not one banjo player in the bunch.

Well played HGC!

And the projected stats from above are too low. Recalling that there is a great deal of Uncle to niece marriage will increase the DNA match from cousins (12.5%) up to 25% automatically.

After 1400 years of inbreeding the first-cousin DNA match must be automatically at 25% and it all escalates higher. In fact siblings from incestual (Uncle/Niece) are already at 25% and their offspring - siblings would breed in excess of 50% DNA similarity.

It’s another reason they have so many kids, many will not survive infancy due to genetic defect..

I know for a fact, having marketed products to the Middle East used for the care of children with disabilities, that they do discuss the problem among themselves. But the practice of intrafamilial marriage is so ingrained in the culture that they do nothing concrete about it. The percentage of such children born with severe problems is several times as great as in any other region. And that doesn’t count the population’s broadly impaired intelligence, nor the aggressively misogynistic and pederastic cultural and religious norms. These are the people and the culture the psychopathic Left insists on importing en masse.

But I assure you there were lots of first cousins, and cousins once removed that were prominent as well as hill-billy.

A way of keeping the family wealth in the family in many cultures. Not real good for the offspring, though!

Yes, but the picture does not tell the full story, it’s more than cousin sex.

We are looking at 1400 years of cousin-sex (normally only a 12.5% genetic match) and also uncle/niece sex (normally only a 25% genetic match.) Those numbers assume that they are not already related through the family line; but they are in the ME.

In the Middle East, the offspring of cousin-cousin is likely to be approaching nearly 50% of genetic similarity in some areas. This is the same result you have from relations between two siblings.

DNA-genetic testing would prove this.

Funny how all these new articles are appearing supporting marraige and sex within the family and claiming the risks of serious birth defects and genetic disorders is slim and irrelevant. They perpetuate these lies with no scientific data or evidence to back that opinions. They are accepting the ‘cultural differences’ of people incompatible to Western Civilization.

For the record, the British Medical Journal (2006)

Genetic disorders in the Arab world

Available evidence suggests that congenital and genetic disorders are responsible for a major proportion of infant mortality, morbidity, and handicap in Arab countries. The population of the region is characterised by large family size, high maternal and paternal age, and a high level of inbreeding with consanguinity rates in the range of 25-60%. Certain disorders are common throughout the Arab world, including haemoglobinopathies, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, different congenital malformations caused by recessive genes, and several metabolic disorders. Other recessive disorders cluster in certain groups and subpopulations. Genetic services vary in extent and coverage in different Arab countries, but mostly they remain patchy, selective, and inadequate.-snip-

Why are genetic disorders common in the Arab world?
Available data suggest that genetic and congenital disorders are more common in Arab countries than in industrialised countries; recessively inherited disorders account for a substantial proportion of physical and mental handicap. Several factors may contribute to the high prevalence of genetically determined disorders:

High consanguinity rates—25-60% of all marriages are consanguineous, and the rate of first cousin marriages is high. In addition, isolated subpopulations with a high level of inbreeding exist. Furthermore, in many parts of the Arab world the society is still tribal. This has made the epidemiology of genetic disorders complicated, as many families and tribal groups are descended from a limited number of ancestors and some conditions are confined to specific villages, families, and tribal groups, leading to an unusual burden of genetic diseases in these communities. -snip-

Summary points
The population in Arab countries is characterised by large family size, high maternal and paternal age, and a high level of inbreeding. Genetic disorders are common in Arab countries and account for a substantial proportion of physical and mental handicap. Generally, no public health measures are directed at the prevention of congenital and genetic disorders, which is also restricted by cultural and legal limitations

Some countries have started cost effective prevention programmes for certain common genetic disorders, such as premarital carrier screening for haemoglobinopathies. Strategies for the prevention of genetic disorders in this region should include integration of community genetics into the primary healthcare system, education, and strengthening the existing specialised genetic service

Try here for more detailed explanation.
Eleanor was an Oyster Bay Roosevelt and Teddy's niece.
Franklin was from the less reputable Hyde Park Roosevelts.

I worked for 2 years in Saudi, and in my previous 30 years of practice never saw so many congenital defects and hereditary illness.

What a shame. They live with tremendous wealth but in the early Dark Ages. They yearn to spread that culture to the world. Unfortunately, they are on the move.

The Saudis DO have 100% free education and health care, so anyone who needs anything regarding those things HAVE IT.

They DO know about inbreeding. They aren't stupid. But, the continuity of the family outweighs the risks.
And they LOVE and cherish even their most handicapped children. No throwaway children, no abortion.

We saw that with our own eyes.

Yep.
They keep the land as well.
Over THERE: land = petroleum and natural gas fields.

Yes, VERY bad for the offspring.

That is heart warming to hear, but ‘the continuity of the family’-wealth, land, power, prestige, etc. out weighs the welfare of their offspring.

At the very least they could submit to genetic testing and choose one cousin over the of another based upon those results.

Well, no one can make them do what they don't want to do.
It's their culture and country.

Here many people marry for wrong reasons: money, power, fame, status. Children, sometimes, aren't even wanted. Western women ABORT their children. What could be worse?

How come Charles never appeared in Monty Python’s “Upper Class Twit of the Year Contest”?

That sketch pretty much established the reality of consanguinity amongst their titled elites. Explained British dental patterns, too.
