Michelle Obama in a candid interview with Oprah Winfrey opened up for the first time publicly about the 2016 presidential campaign, calling it "challenging" for her "as a citizen to watch and experience."

The first lady said it was important "for the health of this nation" that she and her husband, President Barack Obama, support President-elect Donald Trump, even though she said some political leaders didn't support her husband's presidency.

"So we're going to be there for the next president and do whatever we have to do to make sure that he is successful, because if he succeeds, we all succeed," Obama told Winfrey during her final one-on-one White House interview, which aired Monday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

In the one-hour program, Obama reflected on her eight years as first lady, discussing topics including her surprise at being called an "angry black woman" during her husband's 2007 presidential campaign and Trump's comments about women....

headline don't match the column.

2016 presidential campaign, calling it "challenging" for her "as a citizen to watch and experience."

She's already on record as having said she went to bed and didn't watch the election returns.

Spending less than $1000 for lunch is a challenge for her, too.

“So we're going to be there for the next president and do whatever we have to do to make sure that he is successful, because if he succeeds, we all succeed,” Obama told Winfrey during her final one-on-one White House interview, which aired Monday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

So even Michelle Obama wants Trump to suceed . But Yellen and the Federal reserve raised interest rates on an economy forecast to grow a mere 1.8% for the whole next year. So yellen doesn't want Trump (America ) to suceed but rather to send it into a depression. This an INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE attempt Yellen and the Fed to send a weak faltering economy into a depression (1.8% growth is very weak and to raise rates would kill this economy)

2.
Yellen and the Fed didn't raise rates for ALL of Obama’s years. But the minute Trump wins the Fed raises rates to hurt Trump. This is a political move . there is no need to raise rates. The only time the Fed would be justified in raising rates is if the economy is growing so fast that it needs to be cooled down so that inflation doesn't take hold . But there is no threat of inflation and growth is very weak . Growth of 4% is ideal . growth at 7% could be considered “too fast” and then and only then are rate hikes justified.

3. A depression caused by the fed and yellen would send many people into unemployment. those that are contractors don't have unemployment insurance. So how are they going to feed themselves or families? This is pure cold evil calculated move by Yellen . That families will be thrown out of work that America will be economically destroyed matters not to yellen . The only thing that matter is that Trump is blamed for a depression that is caused by the Fed . So this is the Left electioneering the next few elections starting in 2018 and in 2020 to get Michele obama or some other socialist to beat Trump.

When Michelle stated that to the effect that the nation was feeling hopeless — essentially attacking the incoming administration, I found Trumps personal response curious.

“I think Michelle was talking about the past. Not the future”.

With enough friendly platitudes to be convincing. Was Trump sending a message to Michelle to cool it?

The implication being Trumps given them the ‘come to Jesus’ talk.

It was “challenging” because this election was also about the utter repudiation of EVERYTHING she and Obama ever did in the White House. She rightly should feel some sense of abject shame in that.

Within a year of Trump in office, growth will our the fed’s staggering interest rate.

If that new rate is all it takes to crush the country, then we’re ####ed already.
