Let's say we split it into 3 approximately equal parts, population-wise:
-Blue Congressional Districts around Bay area will be the new state of Sanfranland.
-Blue Congressional Districts around LA can be LaLaLand.
-Remaining third of state is known as New California.
Here's the bottom line change to our elections:
1) Total # of US Senators increase from 2 to 6, but since 4 are guaranteed Blue and 2 guaranteed Red, there is no net gain or loss between the parties, seeing as how the new "4-to-2" vs the old "2-to-0" is still a net +2 Senate votes for Dems either way.
2) Zero change in US House, as all the current congressmen would still have their identical districts before & after the split.
3) Prez elections is where our big gains come! Because instead of having 100% of the Electoral Votes of the largest state go to the Dem every time, we'd be peeling off a full 1/3 of their EV's for the GOP candidate.
SUMMARY: Two draws and one major win for us.

What that map really shows is where the power is concentrated - the cities. As they grow and rural areas shrink this power will be even more evident. This is a prime reason the GOP better figure out how to gain political power within the cities. Trump has a chance to do this that.

Obviously the election was stolen by Russian hackers, because everyone in America really did want some guy’s dimwit mother-in-law to be our president for the next eight years. Personally I just cannot get enough of old white women who think they know everything telling me how to live my life.

They are using the same play book they did on Bush, "Selected, not Elected" this time instead of the courts it is the mysterious Russian Hackers.
Why? Because Trump has already had a more positive effect on the American Economy in these last few weeks since the election than Obama had in eight years and Trump isn't even sworn in yet.
They know a Trumpian Juggernaut is headed their way and the only way they can deal with it is to try and hold their base with "RUSSIAN HACKERS" ELECTED TRUMP.
That's my belief and there are sources who have said that is the case. It makes the most sense of any explanation. They have the means and the resources and there have already been former contractors busted for "stealing information" from their servers after they found out the depth of spying on the American people and were either probably horrified or shocked and procured evidence of it. I do believe that there were probably hackers from just about every major spy agency trying to get in too if they heard that Hillary had set up her own server. They knew she probably wouldn't secure it the same as a system that was designed to handle classified information. It was an opportunity that she, herself, created and they probably knew Huma Abedi nwas a spy that would communicate on it to send messages to her home computer which just made it that easier to get a list of computers to hack. They could look at the IP address on the outbound emails from Huma and figure out where she was sending it to then go hack THAT computer (unless she just copied everything to a thumb drive and took it home). Hillary made the hackers' job easy. She has no one but herself to blame.
That’s what I think too. It certainly fits in with Obama’s open mic promise to Putin about having more latitude after the election in the run-up to 2012 election.
