Millions of Americans may see a Marxist behind every tree, outgoing President Obama sees “Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country”.
I travel a lot,and have yet to see any bars or restaurants with Fox news on. Where the heck did he come up with this absurd talking point?????
I don’t ever recall seeing Fox News on in a bar or restaurant. ESPN, sure.
And the media never calls out Obama on his lying BS. When is the last time this clown was even IN a bar or restaurant anywhere in “flyover” country? It’s a place he’s only visited in his warped imagination.
ALL the airports carry CNN. Bars carry sports, which is on at least three different channels 24 hours a day. In most bars you wouldn’t even HEAR the news if it were on.

I used to visit several bars, and they all observed one golden rule: No politics. There are private clubs for that, and bar owners don’t need the grief.
The foreign Muslim president has apparently never been in a bar.
A few diners I go to have Fox, and this is a mostly Democratic area. Two old ladies who run a hardware store always have conservative talk radio on. But so what if they do? They made that choice and it is theirs to make. I guess we should all just watch what lame ass wants us to watch.
That’s where what’s left of their ratings are coming from. Preaching non stop to bars and hospitals that aren’t paying them any attention. LoL
I’ve noticed CNN on new TVs in a McDonald’s, and I must confess the last thing I want the few times I eat there is ANY TV on. AS more and more people are connected to smartphones, TV in these places will be as impotent as it is in homes. It just failed to deliver the White House to Hillary, primarily because fewer people are watching or believing; forcing it on those same people elsewhere won’t help.
Remove TV from the bars and airport terminals.

You make a good point. People are doing their own things and are ignoring Obama’s preferred propaganda outlet.
It is the only reason Trump won; people fed by the Obama media would have soundly rejected him.

In a recent interview in that reprehensible wad of trash called Rolling Stone, President Obama pinpointed why the Democrats lost the election. He blamed it on Fox News.
He initially blamed his own party for its inability to connect with voters, but then he couldn’t help himself. He did what he’s done in the past when faced with denial or defeat: He targeted my place of employment.
Yes, his party sucks for losing, he says. But then he adds:
“Part of it is Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country.”
