Trump has AZ locked. thats 11 ev, plus 3 ev for AL, plus 3 for winning NE PLUS 2 ev for Cong dist. Trump is now at 270 w/o MI or PA being called tonight. Although that will be gravy. Fox has him at 254...add the above 11+3+2 (NE Cong dist) equals 270
DecisionDeskHQ w PA had him at 286.
How did you get 2 for that Congressional district?

Many places still hsvent put WI in but with 99% precinct in and Trump at 49 vs 46%, she cant win WI. 1.382.000 to 1.305.000 votes, impossible for Hillary to win WI.
Wisconsinmis a lock for Trump and there will not be recounts.
