The way I see it, even if she wins every remaining state, it ends up a tie and Trump will win if it's a tie because we retained the House and the Senate.

Many places still hsvent put WI in but with 99% precinct in and Trump at 49 vs 46%, she cant win WI. 1.382.000 to 1.305.000 votes, impossible for Hillary to win WI.
Wisconsinmis a lock for Trump and there will not be recounts.
