According to sources, a former D.C. based US Attorney is claiming that agents in the FBI want to take down top officials in the Justice department. RightWingNews.com reported: The attorney claims that the FBI is going to bring the whole place down. Man, I hope and pray that is true. This guy names names too
Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kaznick, Assistant Attorney General John P. Carlin and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell are all on the to-do list of the FBI. Sucks to be them. ...

The Heads Up Podesta Email: DOJ bigwig belongs in jail [aw!m vanity]
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3489577/posts
[And its crystal clear that this one email should put Hillary behind bars too.]
Democrats are LAW-LESS because Republicans are BALL-LESS!!
The Congress.
And there you have it - evil prospers when (supposedly) good people do NOTHING...
And honesty would be restored to government, no wikileaks required. One reason the big government types hate him and his legacy so.
White liberal thugs live around DC live in the style of Hollywood elites... and yet they produce NOTHING. Not movies, or products - and their government salaries don't support the largess.
White liberal thugs live off graft... doing favors for those who do the shake downs. Kadzik is in that system. He's a valued 'soldier' in an Italian mafia style structure. If Kadzik was living beyond his salary means, the corrupt IRS would choose NOT TO NOTICE. The white liberal criminal system is a closed with "Omerta" being enforced by "PC" and "polite society" rules. It's a crime family - one without shame... but with many internal 'rules'...
Kadzik is paid by taxpayers but he works FOR HILLARY and white liberal thugs. He should be in prison...
Amen.
Point well taken.
The last Attorney General of the United States to be indicted and convicted was John Mitchell, in 1974. Nixon tried to fire Archibald Cox, the Special Prosecutor, who was appointed by the President. Therefore if you go by history, the only way that there will be Justice in the Justice Department is if a special prosecutor is elected. One can be forced on Obama, but it will be a constitutional crisis. Since the current Scotus is lined up at 4 conservatives (sort of) and 4 liberals because of Justice Scalia’s death, the deciding vote is not there, which means that it will be a constitutonal crisis the likes which have not occurred since it was written.
Well, theoretically at least.
You seem to have a better grasp on reality, however.
Well said.
Democrats are emboldened by Republicans foldin’.
Pretty good, too!
Quislings...Did I leave out “quislings”?
A WikiLeaks/Podesta email shows DOJ's Peter Kadzik making it clear that he actively assisted Hillary Clinton to avoid disclosure of her illegal email activity.

Thanks, Liz.
That pretty much describes this country. As someone used to say on FR years ago, “That which is not permitted, is forbidden”.
Example: Cities with ridiculous speed-zones on highways that are nothing more than a legal way to steal money from those who accidentally commit a minor infraction (yes, I missed one of the low-ball signs once - I do my darndest to obey and missed a sign once - oops).
My prediction after Obamacare comes completely crashing down - which ain’t that far off.
His signature destruction of older and ill Americans.
States, municipalities, and State law.
Arrests in home states, state to state extradition.
Threats from Feds.
Attempts at interdiction.
Exchanges of fire.
Fatalities.
Civil War.
The cities have the “quartered troops”
The rurals have the food... and every thing else.
Unless trump wins... we are headed there.
This is what Soros, Satan and Silly Bills Friends want, if they don’t get their way... to burn it down.
God may turn the tables on this in unexpected ways.
I love these posts. They feel good. No matter how stupid they are, they feel good.
FBI is an agency.
The FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice. The DOJ can “go after” the FBI. The FBI has no jurisdiction to “go after” the DOJ. The best the FBI can do is appeal to the executive branch to go after its own DOJ.
I can’t believe so many of you get excited at stupid nonsense posts like this one.
How does the FBI go about “going after” the DOJ. If you think critically for more than 15 seconds, you will realize this is impossible.
So while it is fun to fantasize that the FBI has the power to clean up corruption at DOJ, the fact is they do not. They can’t do jack spit against the DOJ.
But I will leave you all to your empty dreams.
Congress doesn’t have any power over the DOJ. Separation of powers, and all that.
What “power” does Congress have over the DOJ. If DOJ won’t appoint a special prosecutor to investigate itself, there is nothing Congress can do about that. About all Congress can do in their oversight capacity is to conduct a worthless investigation, since they can’t indict or fire anyone resulting from the investigation.
Separation of powers means when your corrupt POTUS oversees a corrupt DOJ and State Department, there is no legal recourse. There are political solutions like exposing the corruption and corrupt individuals, and hoping the MSM excoriates them until public opinion forces the POTUS to demand a special prosecutor from his attorney general. But what are the odd of that what with the MSM being Dem Party enablers?
Enjoy your dream but no, the Congress CAN NOTT bring charges against the DOJ.
Wrong.
They may not be able to bring ‘charges’ per se, but they surely can rectify the situation.
Separation of powers does not mean the other branches are untouchable. The Congress can impeach and remove a sitting President, and they can override rogue Supreme Court Justices and even remove them, if they so wish and they have the intestinal fortitude to do so, not to mention state nullification and so forth.
Recall that the Constitution is a limiting document. The Congress (aka, We the People) hold the final cards in all things.
Hold on to your dream.
