For nine years Free Republic has featured many articles and endless speculations about the junior Senator from Illinois who was the Democrat Party Presidential candidate in 2008.
He never produced a genuine birth certificate from Hawaii which should have been a definite giveaway that he was not born in the United States.
No one has been willing to challenge this man even though is has been obvious the past three years that whoever is occupying the Oval Office, a jolly man with yellowish fine-grained skin and rosy pink lips, is not the malignant narcissist with purple-lips elected in 2008 or 2012.
So starting from tomorrow night I will go back nine years, to January 2007, and relate the facts that many of you, particularly those of you new to Free Republic, have never known.
Those who have been keenly assessing the story all along are welcome to add to the scenario.

within my ex-laws family there were quite a few D’s from the Midwest. They were talking about him as a candidate as far back as 2004, even before he was elected Senator.
Let’s engage in FACTS...not speculation.
Failure to present a ‘valid birth certificate’ does NOT equate to being born in Kenya....it equates to ‘a valid birth certificate wasn’t presented.’ [I would believe that Barack was born in Hawaii based on the newspaper notice posted shortly after his birth....my OPINION...and the limited fact it is based on.]
IMO - Barack has ‘gamed’ the conservatives....by allowing them to focus on the birth certificate, they have been kept distracted from what would be more embarrassing. What is KNOWN is that Barack’s mother married Lolo Soetoro - and Lolo adopted Barack...and he probably had Indonesian citizenship ‘bestowed’ upon him as a result of the adoption. This might have allowed Barack to attend colleges as a “foreign student” - AND IF HE HAD DONE SO...it would have been evidence that Barack was passing himself off as ‘foreign born’ (a BIG LIE)...or merely ‘Scamming the SYSTEM’ - neither would make for a good resume. Barack might have had travels to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport...again - evidence of a young man passing himself off as a foreign (non-American) person....nothing illegal here - but hardly a mark of a ‘true blue’ American.
His long term relationship with Frank Marshall Davis...a hard core communist - and Bill Ayers and wife Bernadine Dorn - anti-American terrorists - have never been fully ‘fleshed out’ as far more damning than that missing birth certificate. The potential ‘ghost writer’ of his first book (by Bill Ayers) again is worth more than a pursuit of that damn birth certificate....
That missing birth certificate is far less important that the release of his college records, or any records related to his law license...and why he relinquished it. (Ditto for why his wife relinquished HER law license.)

The UK was terminating the title of "subject" and replacing it with "Commonwealth Citizen" in this act. So the date above is relevant because the commencement date of the BNA 1981 was Jan 1, 1983 while Obama was still considered a Kenyan Citizen thus being a British Subject then became a "Commonwealth Citizen" of the UK.
