Yesterday a Huma-less Hillary pandered to Hispanics at a campaign stop in Miami where Jennifer Lopez provided a free concert in support of Hilz.
Clinton lashed out at her Republican rival, accusing him of stoking fear, disgracing American democracy and insulting "one group of Americans after another. Yahoo News
Strangely, some people feel that letting your campaign operatives foment violence at your opponent’s rallies could be construed as insulting, fear-inducing and providing “a direct assault on democracy and the rule of law." Butt those people would all be Deplorables so their vote doesn’t count.
In Daytona Beach earlier Hillary addressed the reopening of the FBI probe of her emails. And she took the issue head-on, in that way she has of being simultaneously shrill, arrogant and demeaning:
"It's pretty strange to put something like that out with such little information right before an election," Clinton told supporters in Daytona Beach, Florida, where the crowd booed at the mention of Comey's letter. "In fact, it's not just strange, it's unprecedented and it's deeply troubling because voters deserve to get full and complete facts." CNN
Again, some people feel that it was strange, unprecedented and deeply troubling when Comey initially closed the case finding nothing to see there. And they see this move as an indication that he finally decided that voters do deserve to get the full and complete facts.
Suffice it to say that Hillary is peeved. And she still can’t figure out how she’s not 50 points ahead:

I would say the more germane question at this point is why isn’t she 50 points behind.

Here in Arizona the DOJ filed charges against Sherifff Joe a few weeks before the election. The others involved did not have charges filed against them because the investigation was not complete’. So Hillarys claim of lack of precident is BS.
Democrats say this crap all the time. But you don't have to go back very far in recent history to find that it's overwhelmingly the Democrats that break all precedent with tradition in process-disruption and then insist no such thing ever happened later on. Just like the current stall on Obama's Supreme Court nominee. Democrats routinely hold up Republican appointments and then hurumph "That's just not done!" when the tables are reversed.
They should be held to completing the sentence: "It's not just strange. It's unprecedented—for Republicans to do this, too!"

Reason #99: Because these rules apply only to Republicans, not Democrats.
For Democrats, it is modus operandii to release uncorroborated information making all kinds of scandalous claims about Republicans. Witness the recent spate of supposed sexual assault claims against Trump, none of which are supported by evidence, or the release of a tape in which Trump engaged in locker-room talk, which we are supposed to believe "proves" that he shares the Muslim belief that women are less valuable than personal belongings.

So her fuming is probably directed towards all the presstitutes who were bought and apparently didn’t stay bought.

It is disingenuous for The Beast to demand that the FBI release all of her emails when it has been the FBI that has been asking The Beast to release these same emails.
After all, she has them and is legally required to produce them.
