In the past month the number of black voters for Donald Trump has increased significantly.
At the beginning of October 9% of African Americans supported Trump.

The number doubled and has leveled off at 16% support for Donald Trump.

People forget how popular Dick Nixon was back then. He actually won that election, as we all know now.
Nixon would have lost by more, but Joe was a real tightwad: “Don’t buy a single vote more than necessary. I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay for a landslide!”
I bet he gets more than 16%. There will be a number of Blacks who will not state in public that they support Trump. So maybe Trump gets 20% of the Black vote. That will lead to a big Trump victory. Same with the blue collar union workers.
I predicted months ago that Trump would get 15% of the AA vote. Now I think he might get considerably more. I think people are offended by the piling on.
No other Republican has been able to get that percentage of the black vote in a very long time. Watched Trump’s Sanford, FL rally today, saw many AA in attendance was beautiful to see
I bet Trump gets 25-30% of black vote, there are a lot of black foot soldiers out there for him and they are WORKING HARD and FULL OF PASSION!!!
It makes sense to me that when AAs get into the voting booth what will go through their minds is, “What have you got to lose?” That was a stroke of brilliance, using that common sense phrase, over and over.
They will ponder their circumstances, consider that their unemployment rates are even higher, realize that the dems have done nothing to help, and, bingo...what have you got to lose?

I don’t know if the Republican Party realizes it yet - there’s no going back.
Whatever comes of this election, the party is changed forever. If there is an attempt to go back to “the good ol’ days” it’s curtains for the party.
My brother had a chat with four of the security guards at his research facility back in January. All four were Army vets, in their 50’s, black, and Democrats.
Their take before the primary season even started was that they were going to vote Trump. He was surprised by the discussion and they cited the obvious...they felt Trump would generate jobs, and his ideas on the health-care fix was easily understood and made sense.
I think what you will see is that black middle-class or working-class people will end up going to Trump. Those on welfare or in some elite class....might go Hillary.
My best guess is that Trump will get 25-to-30 percent of the black vote. In states like Ohio, the vote tally might help Trump to a great extent. I think if you dig into Latino voting, you might find the same trend....middle-class Latinos would go the same way.
If there EVER was a moment when a GOP candidate can get a larger than normal share of the black vote, this is it. It is great that he is courting them, something long overdue from the GOP. I wish he would do more than just mentioning them at his rallies. I know he visited Detroit back in early September, but he needs to
again go into the inner cities and talk to the people. He also needs to go on black radio, place ads on BET, etc.
If he can continue to mention important issues like school vouchers, bringing jobs to the inner cities, making the streets safe, ending illegal immigration (a HUGE issue with my black friends) he can win 20% of the black vote.
He does that and he wins big.

Obamaphones, bridge cards, Medicaid, lots of free time and other sundry freebies.
A Hillary victory will be the end of the Republican Party. We will go after the backstabbers and destroy them politically.
I left the GOP because its elite is like the old Soviet nomenklatura.
Its intellectually and morally bankrupt. The elite stands for nothing more than retaining their hold on power.
They are not interested in the good of the country and the well-being of the people they ostensibly represent.
The party needs to die and the sooner the better.
Trump needs to open his pocketbook. NOW is the time. Ads ads ads, and not the same one over and over. That ticks people off. Mix them up, hit her from all angles.
The only replacement for the GOP is going to be the GOP unless we see something like a Trump party in the future due to irreconcilable differences between them and Trump.
But I think Trump WILL try first to crack down on the GOP.
Some Blacks think Whites want different things than they do. It isn’t really true.
Grounded folks on both sides want their families safe and to be left alone to prosper.
Blacks want opportunity, but so do Whites.
Whites don’t think, “I sure hope Black neighborhoods don’t prosper.” They think, “I wish Black neighborhoods would prosper. I wish crime were lower there. I wish families structures were more sound. I want good things for them, because sound communities are less of a drain on everyone.”
Successful Blacks are as much a bonus for the nation as successful Whites.
Right now we have many Black neighborhoods where unemployment is unacceptably high. I don’t want that.
Blacks should vote for Trump. He has the skills to get folks back to work. That means Blacks too.
For Blacks to have opportunity, we need a successful businessman to spark a renascence in business. Please Blacks, vote as if your children’s lives depended on it.
They really do. Our children too...
