As the U.S. elections draw nearer, the amount of bellicose rhetoric from politicians and key military commanders (in truth, “politicians” as well) has been increasing. The main focus of that rhetoric has been directed toward Russia, and is also “blathered” in the direction of China, North Korea, and Iran when it suits U.S. political interests. The problem is that all of it is not just talk: action has been taken, especially regarding Russia and the Syrian theatre of operations.
Within the past several weeks, the U.S. has bombed Syrian troops, killing 62 outside of Deor ez-Zor in airstrikes and then admitting to doing so “mistakenly.” The Russians responded by firing up a UN/coalition convoy almost immediately after. Russian naval artillery then took out a command post with approximately 30 “coalition” officers, some of them being Americans. The U.S. then made itself responsible (indirectly) for an attack on the Russian Embassy in Damascus, Syria: anti-Assad Islamic militants did the job, and these have support with funding and materials of the U.S.

What will happen is the U.S . And Russian jets will shoot at each other. Whoever gets shot down will retaliate.

Actually, a nuclear war started by the elites and the establishment of the world would not completely surprise me at this time. It would make absolutely no sense to me or to you, but does importing millions of Muslims into the Western world make sense to you?
Putin might just nuke one American target and then demand surrender. That would reflect his judgment of the character of Obama. He would be ready to expand the conflict drastically if Obama retaliates which would surprise me. There is only a couple of months window open to this action.
What would Hillary do? Likely nothing beyond using the attack to consolidate her power.

Yes, but we are closer than we have been to a nuclear exchange than at any time since the cold war ended. We are actually close to being at war with Russia right now. What is frightening is that while Russia is talking about it with their own people, Russian newscasters are warning the public, Americans are completely ignoring it. The US government is not blind of course, they are working to provoke Russia. They may be expecting Russia to keep things at a low level, but they may be miscalculating too.
