Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine on Sunday defended Hillary Clinton against criticism over her handling of classified information as secretary of state, saying she was unaware of the sensitivity of some information she exchanged over email because it had been "improperly labeled."
In July, the Federal Bureau of Investigation rebuked Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, for her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013, saying she was "extremely careless" in her handling of classified information.
According to records released by the FBI on Friday, Clinton told the bureau's investigators in a July interview that she could not recall getting any briefings on how to handle classified information or comply with laws governing the preservation of federal records....

Like Comey himself put it “Even if information is not marked ‘classified’ in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.”

Hillary is basing her campaign on her “competence,” “knowledge,” and “experience.” Many of her media fans describe her as a “policy wonk.”
Based on the FBI interview, do any imbecile reporters see a disconnect here?

Herself would stand her best chance if she simply submitted to arrest, trial, and conviction, then have the conviction overturned on some technical grounds. Risky, but no more so than the course Herself is now following, which is piling up a LOT of negative press and affecting standings in the various polls.
Herself is every bit as dangerous to that entity once known as “the United States of America” as any external enemy, and with the transformation that has occurred over the past nearly eight years, the territory is apparently no longer subject to the rule of law that was in place and functioning for some 220 years prior to 2008. Sure, it was not perfect, but it has since been kicked to kindling.

Where’s Bubba in all of this? He’s a former president, husband of the SOS and he should know better than to have an illegal server set up in the house. If he knows about the server then he is complicit. if he doesn’t then he’s either a liar or another incompetent idiot. Of course we all know the server is for their dirty slush fund Clinton Foundation foreign donations schemes.

(C) is the paragraph marking for CONFIDENTIAL. There is no such classification as CLASSIFIED. That is a general term that applies to many levels of classified information.
and she didn’t realize potential drone strikes should be classified?
It seems to me that the really key point is that Hillary didn’t understand (C).
She was supposed to know that stuff and she’s claiming total ignorance.
Kaine is improperly labeled as a VP candidate .
